This is the cleanest and most comfortable place that we have stayed at with our little dog; Most people assume that if you have a dog your standards are somehow lower than others, this is not the case at the Barn and Pinn, everything is spotless, kitchen area, shower, lounge and the bed is very comfortable (cleanliness is a major...

Thank you for your lovely review, yes we love dogs and feel they and their owners deserve the very best. So all our rooms are of the highest standard including our 3 dog friendly rooms which are: Room 6 a twin, Room 7 the holiday let, either as B&B or Self Catering and Room 8 a double. It was lovely...

We have been staying at this beautiful cottage for two or three years, we return each time because there is no better place to stay in Devon. The whole experience is perfect, such good value for money and it's as clean now and as well maintained as it was all those years ago on our first visit. Kim and Peter...

A wonderful B&B, very relaxing, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, extremely quiet at night and breakfasts to die for (I recommend the smoked salmon and scrambled eggs - wow!). Even Seth Spaniel had a specially cut up and wrapped sausage every morning. The gardens and grounds are lovely and very well maintained. Me, my mum and my Spaniel, Seth, stayed in...

Thank you for your great review, it was lovely to meet you both and of course Seth, what a sweetie! We are glad he enjoyed his sausage each morning, we do like to spoil the dogs that visit as well as the human guests, if we are allowed. We hope to see you, Mum & Seth again soon. We are...

A super B&B in a delightful location. Room was modern and very comfortable. Kim and Peter were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was top class. The pay 2 nights get one free during the winter months was a bargain. Thank you for a great break. Highly recommended for visiting the Sidmouth area.

We were directed to the Barn & Pinn late one Autumn evening to be met by Kim with a welcoming smile. They only had one room vacant, which was up the winding stairs; as I have a walking disability, Kim insisted that I should try climbing the stairs before she accepted my booking. I did manage and Peter kindly carried...

We have been staying at this wonderful B&B for a number of years and have always had an excellent stay. We tried a few places in and around Sidmouth before giving The Barn and Pinn Cottage a try but we're so pleased we found it. As long as they keep doing what they're doing then we'll keep coming back.

An homely yet impressive place to have as a base to explore the area. Our second time here and it's like coming home, is it really a year! The welcome that you get from Kim and Peter is one that I have never had anywhere else. Fab breakfast, fab surroundings and comfortable, clean and spacious rooms but it's the hosts...

This is a delightful B & B, providing beautiful and comfortable accommodation and a very good breakfast during a short break in Dorset and Devon. The welcome was very warm with tea and biscuits in the lovely garden. Highly recommended.
