I stayed here for a night due to work and have to say I was disappointed by the whole experience. Firstly the man on reception in the evening tried to charge my card multiple times for the stay. I told him for 15 mins that I could see he'd taken the money from my bank and he wouldn't believe me....

Dear Guest Thank you very much for your comments. I understand your frustration at check in and will certainly make sure that the Receptionists are more aware of the card procedure. We are currently upgrading our last few rooms, yes the beds and pillows have been done and we are gradually replacing the TV's. All rooms are double glazed if...

Would be helpful if staff didn't keep clearing drinks went we went to dance... you say you shouldn't leave drinks unattended but you can't take drinks on the dance floor...make up your mind... wasn't just the once and really annoying when complaining Overall was ok, but wouldn't necessarily rush back

I stayed here on a park and fly package, with one night's stay, holiday parking and taxi transfers to and from Heathrow included. The check in process was swift and due to a Christmas party they had put me in a ground floor disabled room for quietness. The bedroom itself was well appointed, with a comfortable large bed but one...

I had been here for the Xmas party . The décor as well as all the interior was marvelous. It was a Hollywood theme party so all was appropriately matches and that was stunning. Getting on to the food that was not up to the mark. The soup was tasteless as baby food .It was just mashed carrots. No salt...

We visited the hotel for boxing day lunch yesterday. The start of the problem was at the beginning of the month when booking, becuase there was 13 adults and 2 kids and the majority of the adults were coming from France I asked if it was ok to pay for the meal on the day if I pay for the...

Dear Guest I am sorry you feel this way but hotels over the Xmas period do charge up front for any bookings and when I spoke with the person who said that there were 2 people now unable to come, I did say that unfortunately the charge would stay as previously paid and not that we would see what we...

The joint christmas Party!! All inclusive!! Advert says spirits but when you arrive that is limited to just 3 spirits all others are chargeable, the bar closes while courses are being served which means limited time at the bar which in turn means horrendous ques when the bar is open...... no wonder it is all inclusive as you can't drink...

Dear Guest In all our literature for our Inclusive Party Nights its states quite clearly what drinks are included and these are available from 7.30 to midnight, plenty of time to consume these. We do close the bar for a short time as it is the only way we can serve the food to everyone without incurring delays as people...

A friendly welcome on arrival, quick check in and our room on the 2nd floor was fabulous, clean, warm and spacious. We didn't use the restaurant in the evening so can't critic the food. Breakfast was very good standard with a large variety on offer. Would we stay again, oh yes, well done.

We arrived just before 9.30 pm to be told that we could still dine & were ushered into the restaurant to be told by the waiter that the kitchen was closed which resulted in confrontation between the guy on reception & the chef which seemed odd & created a poor first impression. Décor is tacky & shabby. We asked if...

We needed a place to overnight after arriving in the U.K. We chose this hotel based largely on location. Though not fancy, it is 25 minutes from Heathrow, rooms are clean and comfortable, good parking, very quiet venue, and though the kitchen closed at 9:30, the night staff made us sandwiches and sold us drinks after 10. Very customer oriented....

We attended the join in Christmas party which was great. The food was tasty, the staff were helpful and the atmosphere was great. The bar staff handled the business really well and we didn't have to wait long for drinks. The whole event was very well organised. We booked a room to save taxi hassle and were impressed. The room...
