An excellent country guest house in peaceful rural surroundings. It has plentiful car parking and is situated right next door to a cosy country pub serving evening meals. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Spotless modern en-suite shower and toilet. Warm and cosy resident's lounge and breakfast room with a wonderful cooked to order menu selection much better than in...

Just got here this evening. Owner could not be more welcoming. What a beautiful country hotel and the rooms are so nice. In a quiet location not far off the beaten track and next to a country pub with the best food and service.

Close to Manchester but a world away, a beautiful house in peaceful rural surroundings with a great pub right next door. The room was very comfortable with good facilities, complimentary tea and coffee of a high standard and a decanter of sherry was a very nice touch. The bed was comfortable with an array of different pillow combinations to suit...

This guest house was a dream. We had the Garden Room, which was adequate for all of our needs. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. On opening our curtains one morning, we looked out onto a lovely garden with a beautiful tree not far from our window and a squirrel going about its business. What a stunning sight to...

I travel for work, I have done for almost 30 years. I have had many disasterous experiences with poor quality guest houses and B and B I go to the Macdonalds, Hilton, Raddison chains for consistency. Nothing near where work was this week so went to Ash Farm. It was excellent. All aspects, every detail, made it feel warm, homely...

Everything was just right. I'm very impressed and it is so nice to go somewhere new on business and come away relaxed and chilled. The owners are very pleasant and helpful, the area is wonderfully quiet yet it is a few minutes from Altrincham. In the rooms the water, sherry, chocolates, cafetière coffee, a good quality bed and en suite...

Ash Farm promises comfort and rest. It provided this in spades. Wonderful comfortable bed, hot shower. Peace and quiet in a lovely spot. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruits, homemade muesli and an extensive cooked breakfast menu. A definite return visit required as we were only one night visit.

We have just enjoyed an overnight stay at this wonderful guest house. We were welcomed on arrival by David and shown to our room . It was a lovely traditional room with a large wooden framed bed and ensuite bathroom.Everything you would need is provided and all of very good quality and it was immaculate ( and I'm very fussy!)...

Found this place online, and after seeing some good reviews decided to book for a wedding anniversary celebration. We were not disappointed! Beautiful old farm house next to Dunham Massey Park, just off the M56. A warm welcome from David, a spotlessly clean quaint room with four poster bed, tea and coffee, complimentary sherry and ensuite waited us. After a...

Just a lovely place to stay wonderful breakfast and lovely welcoming hosts. The room was clean warm and very nicely decorated. Love the bathroom. And to top it all a complimentary sherry. We left the car parked up whilst we walked to Dunham Massey park which was very close and just rounded up a great weekend.
