Although some of the staff or perhaps I should say one of the staff was excellent, unfortunately the rest we interacted with were poor! This hotel has great potential but nicely decorated rooms are not enough nowadays. We stayed 3 nights and I've highlighted 3 main issues: My first issue was when we dined at The Keller Brasserie. We were...

2 non-residents looking to enjoy a coffee and informal meeting. We were warmly received by very friendly and efficient staff at Reception, and personally guided to a large coffee lounge. It was well equipped with a variety of very comfortable seating options and benefited from floor to ceiling windows providing a light and airy feel and pleasant views over the...

This hotel is luxury hotel. I love swimming pool inside. The restaurant is amazing taste. Room is big and clean. You have everything like home. Not far from the village and you can walk around the resort and sometime you will see rabbit around.

We used our HGVC points for this trip, and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the suite, the pool area and the general environment. Our one bedroom suite had a fireplace and both the living room and bedroom each had a small deck. You can make tea or coffee in the room but it is not equipped for more...

Stayed for three days in one of the gorgeous suites. Aileen and her team were fantastically welcoming, even printing out walking maps and checking ski lift status to help us with our day. Suite was a joy, sumptuous and luxurious. The food was so good in Kelliers restaurant that we ate there every night. Beautifully presented and great ingredients. thoroughly...

We visited this hotel after being offered a special deal through HH, it was a very good deal and we are glad that we visited. The surrounding areas are fantastic, we visited the local distillery and had a great time, we also went on a Land Rover tour with a local expert - this also involved some walking in the...

We have been to this area a few times so we do know it fairly well, we stayed at the Hotel a couple of years back - that was great !! now to the lodges, I would say they could do with bringing into the 21st century (to much pine for me) but on the whole they are clean and...

Having not been since childhood, I was relatively excited to be invited for two nights in a large timeshare lodge at Craigendarroch. The lodge itself was in serious need of renovation, the kitchen and all the cabinetry in the accommodation was dated, worn and tatty. The family who invited us have had this lodge for more than 30 years admitted...
