Once again I ordered the expensive steak in the menu (Sirloin). Got something looked like a steak but could not eat it because it was tough like an old boot. The cut is definitely not sirloin ! I did make a valiant effort to eat but had to chew for a long time before swallowing or spitting it out. This...

As per usual all was great, with the exception of the male attire in the evening, and at breakfast the following morning. One man wore his trousers very own waisted, with belt, which did nothing to show off his large figure to the best advantage to say the least, and I think he slept in his shirt. Room though was...

Our second stay at this Premier Inn and couldn't fault a thing! Although close to the M6 we weren't bothered by traffic noise at all. The Inn is clean, comfortable and the staff very friendly and approachable. The adjacent pub/restaurant is lovely and the food was of great value. Overall another very successful visit.

The room was very clean, fresh and bed comfortable, You can open the window here which is better for us, we need fresh air. No noise at all from nearby traffic. We did not have any meals in...

Excellent hotel very quiet, not even road noise from the nearby motorway. Breakfast was hot and very tasty & was cooked to order, no complaints at all. Plenty of parking, all the members of staff were very friendly and helpful.

I'm no longer willing to stay at Premier Inn hotels because of the insanely hot bedding. I'm a relatively 'hot' person - at home, I use a 4.5-tog, summerweight duvet most of the year. The standard Premier Inn duvet is insufferably hot to me, and no choice is offered. I had to disturb my partner, remove the duvet from its...

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at our Carlisle (M6 Jct42) Hotel. I'm sorry to hear that you feel our duvets are too thick and hot for you, we do try to pick a good duvet to cover most guests preferences however, I'm sorry that our duvets are not to your preference.
