Excellent service, room big comfortable, clean and warm, food and choice of, very good. Location ideal, just a short distance from M6 and a 20 min walk to City centre. Stayed with family and was well impressed with the attention of staff to ensure that your needs were met. Great!!!

Stayed here evening before my graduation. Nearly missed it, as we could only see the Brewers Fayre sign, when we looked back we noticed Premier Inn. Lovely helpful receptionist, we had booked for three rooms, and these weren't together, two in the annexe. Which was a bit of a pain as my kids were sharing and we had to keep... More

We found this hotel a bit disappointing and not up to the usual Premier Inn standards. In the last month, we have stayed in five different Premier Inns and each has been of very good quality, clean and comfortable but this one has let us down. The room was not clean at all with a lot of dust on the... More

Room was very clean and the beds very comfy including the sofa bed. The breakfast was pricey but was all cooked to order and fresh rather than a hot buffet where food can be standing for some time under a heat lamp. The cereals were plenty and drink selection good. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful

Usual high standard of Premier inn staff and room. This however was let down by the staff in the restaurant and bar beside the hotel. Couldn't get a drink at approximately quarter to eleven as was told the till was off and this was after being ignored for a few minutes due to the staff member being on the phone.... More

A good Premier Inn located in the centre of town with clean up to date rooms and good attentive staff. The Brewers Fayre restaurant attached is good value for money and the staff are excellent. We had a call from them saying they were having a lift fitted on the weekend we stayed and there was minimal fuss or inconvenience.... More
