1 Great location
2 Friendly hosts
3 Value for money
4 cleanliness 8 out of 10
Negatives
1 horrible view from window had lots of rubbish on gutter from the opposite hotel called the sun hotel which is full of immigrants.

2 had to close curtains again people looking in from the opposite hotel called the sun hotel.

3 North parade Sea hotel is a great hotel. My only major issue is the hotel next door called the sun hotel which is not the North parade hotel fault.

Last minute weekend away, weather was very kind to us. Love a weekend in Skeggy and this hotel is an excellent find. Rooms are very clean, bathroom could do with updating but clean all the same. We stayed on the top floor sea view was lovely. In the current climate the bar hotel at was great. Stayed there all evening and had a great time with other hotel guests, too good tbh, head a bit sore in the morning lol Chris the lady looking after the bar is part of furniture apparently, she was great & made sure everyone stuck to that Covid rules. Anyone who isn’t willing to, just stay at home.
We didn’t book breakfast so can’t comment. But the free parking is a bonus. Your keys are left at reception so you should never be blocked in
Location is excellent 3 mins walk to the clock tower
Thank you for finding my Pandora charms in the bar xx
We will definitely be back xx

We booked in my husband ,myself an my mother - in - law who was 90; while we were there .She is in a wheelchair or on a walker and enjoyed herself especially with Lee and his beautiful wife and staff making it a memorable stay. The lift is small but my mum in law got in with one of us with her each time . If we asked for anything they did their best to accommodate like asking for a gluten free cake for her which they did at dinner time with candles on and she was so happy with the rose plant and card they gave her at breakfast. They had a stairlift to get her in to the bar at night and Lee went out of his way to make sure she was safe by getting her up safely. This hotel is central to everything. The breakfasts are very tasty and lots of choice as with your evening meal. The people who are complaining about the hotel seem to me to expect more for their money, you get what you pay for, we loved the service and that's what our mum in law had,it made it memorable for her and we met some lovely people ,both staff and guests and she loved every minute of her stay , we didn't mind leaving our keys at reception as we didn't need our car till we left, just happy are car was safe, we enjoyed our stay and will be returning xxx

Only stayed the one night as I was passing through Skegness cycle touring. Friendly guy checked me in promptly, even offered to store my bike behind their bar, appreciated.
Cycle touring is expensive when you staying in a hotel every night, I try to stay in the £50-60 mark, all I want is a clean room to wash and sleep in but at that price point sometimes I am very disappointed.
Not here, I expected a single room but it was a double, very clean, with everything I wanted or needed and along with the usual tea & coffee offerings were bottles of spring water, a nice touch.
I thought it was great value considering the location, staff and price and can recommend it.

Owners have done there best to modernise rooms, public areas very dated.
It is mandatory to leave car key with the owner and they wouldn't release our party's car keys, 2 couples, until we paid an extra £20. We were told only one guest had booked into each double room but my paperwork, including a amendment made directly after bkg, shows 4 guests in total.

1st time of staying at this hotel and certainly wont be the last. The room was very clean on arrival and we found we had a very spacious en-suite bathroom. The owner is a very friendly man who treated us fantastically throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him or his staff. There is a lovely little bar selling a wide range of drinks at very reasonable prices.

Absolute shambles, booked a family apartment with 3 queen beds on hotels.com about 2 months ago, we drove for 3 and a half hours to get here only to be told all they had for us was a twin room and the best they could offer us was a refund which will take 7-10 days.
No help with finding accommodation for tonight.
Place looked like an absolute dive anyway so maybe we had a lucky break
AVOID at all costs!

Booking was a breeze, very reasonably priced. Its in a great location right on the front of skegnwss with the beach a 5 min walk away. Room was fabulous with a huge comfortable bed and was very clean and tidy. Tea and coffee was supplied and even 2 paclets of biscuits! Will definitely stay again! Thank you for a lovely stay!

We were met by the owner of the accomodation who checked us in sorry didn't get his name but was very pleasant and friendly we were told our room was on the second floor but to our relief there was a lift. Our room was very clean the bed was great so comfy, plenty of storage great view, also had an en suite. Dining room and breakfast was really nice. Nicely situated from town, beach, arcades and fair, only bit of constructive criticism didn't like the toilet tissue dispenser just kept shredding the tissue, and had lovely bath towels but nothing to put on hair getting out of the shower or bath so maybe a normal sized towel would benefit would recommend and would stay again. thank you

Its round the back, you go down to the next left and then take the next left which looks like a dodge back road but i had we no problems with the car being parked there. Any other questions let me know :)
