A warm welcome to The Kildare, a Bed & Breakfast with 9 en-suite rooms located approximately 5-10 minutes from the beach, railway station and town centre. We are under new ownership and now open. Come and enjoy our unlimited breakfast! Choose from a plentiful selection of Full English, 12 cereals, toastables, croissants and pains au chocolate with coffee machines, many types of tea, hot chocolate and juices. We get a huge amount of positive feedback about our breakfast in reviews, please take a look. After a hard day at the beach you should have a great shower experience. We've invested in a super shower system for all rooms to make sure you're clean and fresh for the day or evening. All our rooms are en-suite (just 1 room has a separate private shower room). We pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, and almost all of our reviews mention this. Not just your room, but everywhere in the B&B. Of course paying particular attention to the shower and bathroom, and on your comfy bed, the linen is crisp, white and clean. You will stay connected at The Kildare with superfast free WIFI everywhere, not just in your room.

A very warm welcome when we arrived. Our room was all made up so it was straight in. I carnt stress enough how good the cleanliness of the kildare was. Our premium family room was quite spacious and had all the facilities that we needed. There is a gorgeous garden for you ro ne able to chill out in that looks like it's kept just as well as the house. The kildare offer breakfast and their is a variety of choice large selection on cereal, fruit, yoghurt, bakery items and an English breakfast. With short cuts the beach is 6 mins away and the bus/trainstation is 9 to 12 mins. I highly recommend this b&b thank you Murray for such a lovely stay

Stayed for the weekend just gone to go to a show at embassy theatre. we had the ground floor accessible room which was comfortable and fairly spacious , had kettle and coffee machine , and a little fan table and chairs . The hosts were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us . Everywhere was clean and tidy and sanitizer use was strongly encouraged in the buffet .

The breakfast was very good , it is buffet style , but lots of choice , different teas coffees and coffee pod machines , about a dozen different cereals , pastries , fruit and yogurt , crumpets, muffins , different breads . and full English on the buffet where you could have what you wanted . The location was excellent for walking to town and seafront. there is limited parking on the drive , we didn't get there early enough to nab it but you could park and unload outside and we then found a space around the corner. would thoroughly recommend if you want somewhere comfortable and reasonably priced about 90 a night for our room inc brekkie .

We had initially booked premier inn on a flex rate , but it was extortionate at 180 per night without breakfast , so we cancelled and booked Kildare , which was a very good decision .

Just returned from a fabulous few days in Skegness. We haven’t been for years, and we’re pleasantly surprised at how good the resort was, with so much to see and do, and we were lucky enough to have fabulous weather as well.
I’m so glad we picked the Kildare as our chosen b&b. The owners were extremely welcoming, and we loved the location in a quiet residential street around a 5-10 minute walk from the sea front. We got free parking at the front of the hotel, but there is plenty of parking nearby so no worries there.
We had one of the luxury rooms on the first floor. Lovely comfy beds and a huge modern bathroom with a power shower. We went down for breakfast on the first day and I could hardly believe what was on offer, we were spoilt for choice. A full help-yourself English buffet, and every cereal imaginable. Fruit, yogurts, pastries, even toasting muffins and crumpets. There was a large choice of teas, coffees and juices too, absolutely perfect to set you up for a hard days soaking up the sun down on the front like we did. There was also some really nice fish and chip restaurants down there if you’re looking for somewhere to dine out on the evening.
All in all, we really enjoyed our mini-break at the Kildare and I shall be returning again in September with my daughter. Highly recommended

Booked this hotel at short notice to make the most of the end of summer. Booked directly with the Hotel on the telephone.
Friendly owners, we were given a warm welcome & our room was ready earlier than expected. Comfortable double en-suite room, very clean with tea & coffee facilities & a good shower. Tasty buffet breakfast, lots of choice from cereals, juices, pastries & a full English breakfast. The hotel is in a good position in Skegness, a quiet street, but only a few minutes walk from the clock tower, shops, restaurants, bars & seafront. There is parking for about 4 cars, but free on street parking down the road. Overall an enjoyable stay thanks.

Excellent stay, tremendous host. We have stayed in many B&Bs in Skegness and can honestly say in our opinion this is without doubt the best we have stayed in. This guest house is that good that we keep on returning, so far this year 8 times and have pre booked a further 4 more bookings.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
What a fantastic stay we have had, with Murray the owner. He couldn't have been anymore nicer if he tried. He phoned us early to say our room was ready, so we had an early check in, upon arrival He was very kind and polite, told us everything we needed to know about our stay, and breakfast. He showed us up to our room, which was magnificent, clean and tidy, the detail Murray has gone too is absolutely brilliant. The breakfast was amazing, and something ive never seen before little scissors in a pot so you can open your sachet sauces!!! Amazing. Well done Murray your fantastic and do an amazing job, we will definitely be back. Room 4

The Kildare has now reopened with the new owners Murray and Alfiya giving us a warm and friendly welcome.
We were only staying for 2 nights but we had everything we needed at this lovely B&B. We stayed in room 2 which was big and light and airy and had another bedroom attached for a single person. Bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was big and modern.
Full English breakfast was excellent ( self serve) , there was loads of other choice on offer for everyone.
The Kildare was only a five minute walk from sea front and all the shops. Ideally situated for us, just far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough for all the amenities.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning later in the year.

A very pleasant two night stay at the Kildare , the owners are very friendly , welcoming and pleasantly helpful .
Well located and a few minutes walk from the high street , seafront and all the amenities .
The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable .
Breakfast time is something to really look forward to as there is a buffet style eat what, and as much as you want full English offering , truly a superb treat .
An amazing choice of cereals and continental style of items on offer too , putting a lot of 3 & 4 star hotels to shame .
Definitely highly recommended and well worth checking out .

Staying at the Kildare has been absolutely fantastic and leisurely.

The host are wonderful people, they made me feel welcomed. Alfiya especially has been such a great hostess as she would go above and beyond for her guests. The breakfast was impressive, Murray made sure that the buffet was always topped up.

Top notch, would definitely come back again !
