    lovely pub beautiful food people friendly you will not go wrong visting the bell been out all day then going to the bell is the cherry on the cake enjoy no good if on a diet because it will go out of the window

    Stayed for one night, room number one. Clean & tidy, toilet/bathroom across landing, we had been informed of this. Landlord very hospitable as were the locals in the bar. It's a proper pub bar with darts etc & very good beer. Food was very good...More

    Called in for lunch today at 2.31pm. Kitchen closed at 2.30 and no flexibility shown by staff. Just got a gruff 'kitchens closed!' We had a drink ad at 2.45pm 4 large meals were served to another table. mmmm.... locals maybe?
