A friendly guest house nothing to much trouble , lovely breakfast . Close to the town centre . And close to the seafront and in a nice quiet area. Problem with wi-fi but overall a very nice stay . !!!!!

I stayed here for a few days in room 8 with my 14 year old daughter. Nothing was too Much trouble (even when I managed to lock myself out of the room), the room was clean every day; and breakfast was marvelous. Breakfast was fresh every morning. Well done Tim and Andrea - I would gladly come back.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at this excellent guest house. Andrea and Tim are very attentive hosts, and nothing is too much trouble. We were offered, and accepted an upgrade to a family room (room 5) which afforded you that little bit more space to relax. The room was modern, clean and tidy with a good range of...

One of the best guest houses we've ever stayed in. The owners are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We booked our first night on 29th June and then went on to butlins, we didn't want to go home so booked a 2nd night at the end of our week. The guest house itself is spotless and modern....

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spoke to the owner Andrea the day before we arrived and she allowed us to check in early which was very nice. The welcome was warm and she explained eveyrthing clearly and we had the choice of two rooms. We chose a room on the first floor at the front and it was...

What can I say about this guest house. Very good value for money, an excellent breakfast in a very comfortable dining room. The location is excellent, you park your car in the street but only 5 minute’s walk from the sea front. The rooms are well finished and decorated with all the extra facilities of a large hotel, soaps, shower...

I stayed here with a friend for two night in May, both our rooms were great and really clean. The breakfast room is very modern and clean, the entire building is kept clean and in very good order. There's a small "honesty bar" in the hallway for drinks and snacks. Parking is on street but you can usually get very...
