Booked a little weekend away. Lovely little guest house. Very friendly and welcoming proprietors. Breakfast was good. Cereal and fruit juice available. Full English Breakfast and plenty of toast. Coffee was nice too. Kept us going most of the day. Would stay again.

Awful guest house! Unfriendly and food awful..money for key demanded on arrival and room.checked by owner pat as u stand and wait in hallway when u leave. Also no friendly welcome when u arrive. Food is basic and there are cameras everywhere. They are very unfriendly and seem only in it for the money.also they have favourite guests. My advice...

Found the hosts quite unwelcoming. However, decided to just focus on our little break. I have stayed at better B and B's in Skegness and for this reason will not be returning. Breakfast was ok. Ok/average really does sum up our stay,

Another lovely wecolme to Mickleton Guest House by Pat & Adrian. The room was spotless and everything you need was there. Cooked breakfast was delicious, there was also cereal, juice, toast extra toast if you wanted along with tea and coffee, you won't go hungry that's for sure. Would certainly go back again

Stayed Friday and Saturday 8th and 9th of July. We did`nt arrive until 8.45pm, as I don`t finish work until 6pm. We informed the hotel of this, and a late check in was fine. We were met by Adrian as Hubby was trying to park. The spaces are a little tight, not helped by us travelling in Hubbys peolple carrier!...

Management response:

AS we said we do check the rooms before you leave and this is for your benefit to ensure you have not left anything. In the room you stayed in we had the exact same reaction from another lady but when we gave her 3 gold necklaces she had left hanging over the mirror she had to admit she has...

Very friendly atmosphere on arrival, which continued through out our stay. Rooms nicely decorated and beds quite comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Pat & Adrian are very attentive, and make sure you have everything to make your stay very enjoyable. Would stay here again and would recommend it very highly.

Only planned on staying for two nights, but the place was that nice I stayed an extra night. The room was beautifully decorated and very cosy. Pat and Adrian are a lovely couple, very welcoming and can hold a conversation not like some places I've stayed. Only issue and it's only one, breakfast time needs extending a little, maybe till...

My stay at the Mickleton was for two nights. On the plus side, it's a clean and tidy guest house with free parking. The food was very nice so, all in all not much to grumble about. My negatives would be that on arrival there wasn't really a 'welcome' from the owner...no introductions at all. The £20 deposit for the...
