Detailed Reviews
Just returned from a 4 day Turkey and Tinsel stay at the Quorn Hotel and it was amazing. A traditional hotel where you felt relaxed as soon as you entered it because straight away the staff were looking after you. Cases were taken to your room so that you could enjoy your stay immediately. The fun then started and it went on for all of the stay. There was 3 and we had a family room plenty of space, clean with lovely bath room. The complimentary range included Shower items, bottled water, tea bags coffee, chocolate drinks and a range of biscuits etc. Entertainment had everyone dancing then there was bingo as well as other surprises. The food and service was top class restaurant quality and nothing too much trouble to variate from the set menu. Bes and Lyndsey were perfect hosts and could not do enough to ensure that everyone had a great time. I cannot wait to do it all over again.

Well from start to finish an amazing fun packed 4 full days/nights from live entertainment to bingo to raffles and games, full house of fun loving people. start your evening with a fantastic 3 course meal in there amazing dining room to a hearty cooked breakfast. The rooms are very spacious well set up fresh towels if requested, and a tea & coffee in the rooms, plus the use of free wifi. The staff are just so friendly, makes it even more enjoyable. Well done Lindsey & Baz and Santa makes a show.

Firstly, I’d like to thank Baz for saving our weekend away after arriving at a different hotel only to find it wasn’t ready for guests and what was done wasn’t to any standard. We panicked and drove to find another place to stay. Thankfully we parking up and The Quorn was just on the sea front so we popped in. First impressions it felt nice and was clean and tidy. We explained what had happened and thankfully they had a family room left. Very chatty gent and extremely helpful. The hotel was quite big and we stayed on the second floor, the room was traditional and very clean. Perfect for what we needed it for
The ‘local guide’ manual was helpful, the room had coffee, tea, milk and biscuits and the bathroom had wash and cream. Enough towels and bedding and pillows needed.
The hotel is in a prime location close to the arcades, restaurants, aquarium ect
No parking but you can pay to stay in the car park opposite for £9pn and for location was again, perfect
Breakfast was traditional English with cereals and fresh juices. Really nice food and was quick out. There was a small seating and bar area too but we didn’t use this
Thank you

We went here after our stay at Butlins had to be cancelled due to CV19. We checked in on the Monday and left on Sunday, with a heavy heart. The hotel was spotless and had a great social distancing protacol, there was 2 nice hand sanitising stations available as well as the lift having one next on each floor (3rd floor isn't accessible by the lift). Room was comfortable, teas etc placed in a paper bag and you just had to ask for any extras, also had to ask if needed anything else for the room, this was to limit the times that staff entered the room. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to make sure the stay was a pleasant, enjoyable and safe one. We certainly felt like we entered as guests and have left with new friends. Even on day of departure Baz tried his upmost to get us a taxi to the station, however this was to no avail but the walk down Scarborough Avenue and along Roman Bank wasn't that bad. The food was delicious and they catered for people with allergies, I loved my gluten free sausages. The bar was open every night which was great for relaxing in after a long day out, Lindz, Baz and Karen were great company in the evenings. The hotel itself is situated on the front so it's handy for everywhere you want to go, even if that's out of town with bus stops being just across the road. We are now looking forward to our next stay at the end of July.

Cannot fault this hotel, Baz and Lindsey are excellent hosts and all the staff are so friendly. The rooms are spotless, although rooms cannot be cleaned while you are there at the moment they have thought of everything even providing washing up liquid, dishcloth and tea towel for you to wash your cups. Excellent breakfast and well stocked bar. Well worth a visit.

On arrival checked in seemed pleasant no temperature check as stated on front of house, room had a foisty smell bedding did not smell fresh even though clean, on top of curtain box thick with dust and back of headboard would of benefitted from a feather duster down there to clean all dust away.
Breakfast - this was served by waitress not serving with gloves didn't appreciate her thumb placed inside the bowl of porridge, and when my friend ordered cooked breakfast with no fried bread but served it with fried bread she informed waitress of this the waitress just picked up the fried bread off the plate in her hand and took it back into kitchen..
Watching waitress spray chairs in dining room after each person this was only wiped on the seat and back not the side or front of seat where you do touch to sit down and bearing in mind covid can live on plastic for 72 hours, table sprayed and wiped just on the top not on the lip or under the lip of table.
Would of thought food would be served on a tray with gloves on and not having fingers placed inside crockery to serve....
To say it states 4* this is no where near that at all and not a Hotel this is a basic bed and breakfast, couldn't grasp the plastic bottles of hand wash, body lotion, etc that quite clearly stays in there for next visit of visitors to use. The stay was not worth the money

We booked rooms 25 and 26 these rooms are at the back of the property and no need to enter the hotel unless going into the restaurant for breakfast.
Both rooms were spotless with a double and single bed in each room. Looked like the carpets were both newly fitted.
We booked for two nights and spoke to Lindsey and Baz a couple of times via text and in person. Very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was either a lite option or a cooked full English. Changes made due to Covid. Young waitress was very efficient.
Defo would return to this hotel it was a great location.

Thankyou so much for an enjoyable stay again. This hotel is great. The rooms are really nice and spotlessly clean with comfort beds. The breakfast is very nice and plentiful. The staff are great too lindz and baz are so welcoming and friendly and will do anything to help you. The bar is well stocked and reasonably priced. The waitress is lovely and friendly and will do whatever to make sure your breakfast is spot on. The location is fantastic on the sea front with all attractions a few minutes walk away also the bus stop is 2 mins away that takes you to ingoldmells and all other places. This hotel also has everything in place to keep you safe and social distancing is in place for covid. We would never stay anywhere else in skegness this hotel is a little gem. Thanks guys for a great break away

Extremely friendly staff and owners of the hotel. Everyone was very helpful and provided advice and guidance and answered all questions. Unable to comment on food as only paid for room, which exactly matched the price that i paid. I would stay again, it was a comfortable stay.

We have a small car park but unfortunately we do not reserve spaces it is first come first served. If you pull up outside the front of the property and check availability with reception if we have space we can direct you right to the car park. If you are parked on our car park you will be asked to leave a set of car keys with reception. If we do not have a space available you can offload your bags at reception and we can direct you to free on street parking nearby.
Our doors are electronically controlled so your key-card will open the main entrance to the hotel and your bedroom.
I hope this answers your question.
We do have free wifi throughout the hotel
I don't think so, the whole ground floor is reception, bar and breakfast room. There is a lift but it is so tiny it would be difficult to manoeuvre a wheelchair into.
If you would like to contact the hotel directly to check availability we can discuss any little touches you would like us to help you with to make your anniversary a special one.
