The Eastleigh has an enviable location, conveniently close to the seafront, Skegness Pier and North Parade, and an easy walk to the beach, the centre of town, the bowling greens and Embassy Theatre. All rooms are comfortably furnished, well-appointed doubles arranged over three floors and all are en-suite with showers. Rooms at the front have a limited sea-view, and all other rooms face the rear of the property. Many unexpected little extras make a stay at The Eastleigh a little more special. The Eastleigh is 'room-only' and does not offer any meals, which is reflected in the attractive room rates. No parking available .We are a non friendly pet hotel (sorry). And our checking - in policy is 15:00 (3pm) till 19:00 (7pm).

As soon as we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The room was lovely and clean, decorated very nicely and the bed was very comfortable so had a great nights sleep. The guest house itself is in a great location as everything we wanted or needed was a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay

Soon after I arrived, owner Paula showed up and checked me in prior to the normal 1500 hours.

The generously sized room had a comfortable Queen bed with an older style blanket and non matching sheets, a bedside table, TV mounted above plus clothes hangars.

The bathroom sink was in the main area. Opposite was a desk with chair and lamp.

The curtains were effective at blocking light.

Room lighting was a bit dull.

WiFi worked without a hitch.

In the bathroom, I could not get the hot water to flow. This may have been my error. Body and hair wash were combined and provided.

The Eastleigh is very close to Skegness Pier. There are many dining choices. It is a 12 to 15 mjnute walk to Skegness railway station.

Returned home yesterday adter a four night stay at the Eastkleigh. This was the first time we stayed at a room only hotel. Not wanting a breakfast every morning suited our needs we had the choice to eat where we wanted when we wanted.
Our room was very clean & warm & quiet, tea & coffee supplies were kept well stocked up throughout our stay along with bottles of water to keep cool in the fridge which every room has.
Another nice touch at the Eastleigh.
We look forward to future visits there & would not hesitate to recommend the Eastleigh for a nice break in Skegness.,

Me and my partner stayed at the Eastliegh. for 3 nights from 15/8 to the 18/8. When we got there the landlady greeted us and we paid and checked in. £230 Apart from that we didn't really see her,she said when you go put the keys in a box in the hallway. The room was fairly small, also a very small bathroom, but it was ok and was clean. The toilet was really close to the shower. I'm 6 foot tall and there was just enough room. Anyone over 6 feet might struggle. There were a couple of issues with the room. When I put a jacket on the hooks on the wall the whole thing came off the wall. The t.v on the wall had wires hanging down and the ariel had fell off the ledge above the t.v so I had to replace it to get a picture on the t.v,it could do with being fixed. We had some complementary biscuits and water which were not replaced for the whole 3 days, in fact no one came into the room at all to tidy up the room and empty the bin. In other b&b's ive stayed in this usually is done. There was a kettle in the room but the tea and coffee was just a tub tea bags and instant coffee and a tub of sugar with no selections. There was also no breakfast. We didn't realise. Its was my fault though. When I booked I should of double checked, I just assumed they done breakfast. All in all it was an ok stay and clean and location really good a couple of minutes walk to town, arcades etc...

We stayed here for a couple of nights after a festival at Butlins and are so glad we did as we had the opportunity to see the real Skegness. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything, and being out of season we were able to park on the street outside for as long as we wanted. We had room 1 on the first floor, clean, cosy and had everything we needed - we would certainly stay here again.

A beautiful hotel that is 2 minutes away from skegness pier. Arcades take aways and pubs at the bottom of the road. Tea coffee Sugar hot chocolate bottled water Crisps and chocolate in room upon arrival then given more 2 days later. Dvd player in room with a selection of films to watch. Perfect room for a romantic getaway with a loved one.

Paula is a wonderful host. Super clean and comfy, any problem is no problem for Paula. Me and my partner felt at home. Close to the sea front, (1 minute walk) the pier is dead ahead, but far enough away to be super quiet. Value for money accommodation done properly.

Great location, friendly service, and lovely clean room.
A few things could do with updating, but for the price paid it is lovely here.
Also as room only, some nice touches like a fridge in the room was very useful.

This basic accommodation is ok if you're on a budget and staying for a night in Skegvegas. Is advertised as having free parking but had to park in a side street or pay n display. The bed wasn't very comfortable and no sockets by bedside to plug in chargers. The TV didn't work properly - we like to watch local news in the mornings. On the plus side it's in a great location. Tea making facilities and mini fridge in the room as they don't provide breakfast.

where will i park my car does it have a carpark
Answer from ANGELA A
Nottingham, United Kingdom59 contributions20 helpful votes
Hi. There is a good car park very close to the Eastleigh which is free in the low season Nov-Feb inclusive. It is on the same side of the road. You cannot miss it. The Eastleigh, I believe has car parking but only for the more expensive rooms. If you contact Ian one of the owners, he will tell you if your room has a parking space allocated to it, but it is probably easier and as convenient parking in the Scarborough avenue Car Park.

No it doesn't have a bar. But it's about 5 minute walk to the front, and you can get a drink and food there.

What time is check in?
Answer from Paula E
Skegness, United Kingdom
Published check-in time is form 15:00, but providing we have a guest's mobile number we always text to advise when rooms are ready for check-in. We normally begin accepting check-ins from around noon, but we are flexible to guest requirements. Just let us know when you'd like to arrive!
