Unusually this Premier Inn is a completely separate business from the Toby Carvery next door. The Premier Inn is what you expect, but the food in the carvery was awful. My experience of carveries is that it is usually better to go for the carvery because that is what they do best. What I got was something that was almost...

We stayed at the Premier Inn as a base for vising Lyme Regis and the surrounding area. Our room on the first night smelt damp, however and when we mentioned this the next morning to the reception staff, they promised us they would change our room whilst we went exploring. True to their word, they did. Everything was done for...

A big thank you t the receptionist Mark Dolby. So helpful. I needed my baby's milk warming and also a meal that I purchased. Also great conversation at the front desk. A true credit to the company. Cheers Mark.

We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel last week. The staff made us very welcome. Would have liked a Table Table restaurant next door but the staff made us aware of different options for dinner and breakfast.

My husband and I have recently returned from four-night stay at this conveniently situated Premier Inn. We had stayed here on a number of previous occasions but not for the past five or six years. I have mobility problems now so we were allocated a twin room on the ground floor with a larger bathroom and support rails around the...

Stayed for two nights in September. This hotel is excellent for access to the motorway. The room was as all premier inns spacious and a brilliant bed. Free parking too which was great. On check in I was told that breakfast wouldn't be available due to a fault. McDonalds it was. Arrived back in the evening, headed across to the...

The service from all staff we encountered was excellent. They were pleasant, helpful, attentive and informative. The room exceeded our expectations as it was extremely clean, well furnished, cosy yet spacious and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed a restful stay to prepare us for the journey ahead. The cooked breakfast wasn't to our liking, however, it is an optional extra and...
