It was a stop over with 55 other passangers on way to Castle Howard. Hotel was ok for me, it was clean, tidy, staff were friendly. The room I had was good i had no problems with it or noisy neighbours so to speak. The breakfast was the normal hotel type it served me well and I had no complaints...

Well booked it on booking.com because 4 star and central to Darlington. My room and bed exceptionally very small. Bathroom even smaller. My room had no hair dryer. Room was clean and modern. That's it.

3rd floor room so small could barely move around the small double bed. Whole place is cramped. There was sufficient coffee and tea for a single person. My room was above a function room and noisy until the small hours of the morning which might be why there were ear plugs made available, Getting to the room was not easy...

Arrived on a Friday evening and was immediately impressed with the style cleanliness and appearance of this hotel. It has private car parking which is locked at night and has all the usual facilities. The room was excellent and very clean and had all the extras including bathrobes, things you would expect of a 5 star hotel. It has very...

I can say that it is a good hotel if youstay at the floors accesible with lift .Otherwisw you are lost in the coridors or you have to carry your luggage through stairs. But reception people are very kind and helpful they really want to help you. some rooms at third floor have a noise like generator.Be careful. The breakfast...

I spent a night in a superior room and felt like I had my own apartment. A solid complementary breakfast with various kinds of fried eggs was offered (need to place an order). The hotel is a 15-minute walk away from the railway station and it took me a while to find it on a rainy day with luggage.

I arrived here late on Monday. At first couldn't find the car park but then realised it was under the hotel and signposted. Free parking! Checked in. I was on the 3rd floor. My room was large, massive bed, lovely clean bathroom although the sink is somewhat stained. It was absolutely freezing outside, and the room was so cozy and...

Fine for a night or two, a better than average chain hotel in a modern building in the historic old centre of Darlington . Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment.
