Stayed overnight at the hotel to attend a family wedding in the town. Our checkin was easy and quick and we were allowed to check in early. The room was very clean and the bedding was crisp and clean. Overall the hotel was clean and well presented. The breakfast was first class and one of the best hotel breakfasts we...

Arrived around 8pm for an overnight stop with a work colleague to a friendly wlecome which extended to other members of staff with whom I dealt. The hotel is a well appointed mixture of tastefully modernized decor in an appealingly rambling old Victorian / Edwardian building. My room and bed were clean and comfortable if a trifle stuffy even with...

Sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your Restaurant experience on this occasion, our new offering has been exceptionally busy and we buy meat fresh each day, so on occasion we have a reduced offering (the new wine list is now 'in') we have taken note of all your comments and I do hope that we can welcome you...

We were encouraged to book a table in the restaurant but explained we had a reservation elsewhere but...

Visiting last weekend for Kynren we stayed here. Excellent service and very clean. Unsure where to eat, we booked a table having been told that the menu had recently changed and was recommended. A very quiet Friday evening but the menu was very tempting. We opted not to have a starter (despite there being a wide range and pretty much...

Well placed in the town centre and now has a grill restaurant. Very clean and staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Only drawback is the car park has a limited number of spaces but there are lots of public car parks close by.

...stop booking rooms in hotels localed in pretty, old buildings in the middle of noisy towns. They're too hot in the Summer without the window open (and there's no air conditioning), and it's noisy outside.
