Enjoyed a meal with friends. Food nicely cooked I had fish of the day which was pan fried hake with samphire and capers new potatoes and green beans. They do really good chips well worth a side portion Staff are friendly. Setting is nice you can see into the kitchen which I like.

Single rooms large & comfortable, think they mainly cater for business/working people so rooms fairly plain but very good value. Breakfast good and was easy walk into town to get evening meal. Nice people. Parking on quiet street.

Nice friendly place, but our room needed a makeover, the wallpaper was bulging away from the wall. Very centrally located and easy to find. Breakfast provided with a good range of cereals. Nice large garden with swings for the children.

It has everything you expect from a b and b, clean room, comfy bed, good value, nice breakfast and friendly hosts. On street parking available and not to far out of the centre. I would definitely stay again if I needed to be in Darlington.

Took us in unannounced at 10.30pm on a Saturday night. We were very grateful as everything from Yoke northwards had been booked out. Turned out to be really good in the end with Dot looking after us. Even had some gluten free bread for my wife.

Stayed here for one night whilst in the area for work. Owners were friendly and helpful. Good cooked breakfast, and a bigger choice of breakfast cereals than I've seen anywhere (I counted 12!). Spotleesly clean, and excellent value.
