Come and stay on the edge of the world's second largest natural harbour. Premier Inn Hotel Poole Centre (Holes Bay) puts you in the ideal location for getting out on the water, or just getting out and exploring the South West coast. See if you can spot the red squirrels over on Brownsea Island. Or enjoy the three-mile stretch of golden sands and unspoilt beaches. Marvel at the greenery of Compton Acres, which some say are the finest gardens of Europe. Then enjoy a taste of the deep blue sea with some lovely fresh fish at a Poole harbour restaurant. When you're done, come back to the hotel to our tasty Table Table restaurant next door and our new, modern rooms with extra- comfy kingsize Hypnos beds.

Nice friendly helpful Premier Inn which met our simple needs - being able to arrive at times we needed and quite close to our family - This esp as one of our relatives rarely goes out and when they do, frequently use the local Table table - so good to meet up with them and to visit religious bookshops in bournemouth and Southbourne

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here for 3 nights before moving onto another hotel. I rang in advance to see if we could have room 102 as we have previously stayed in this room. Staff were helpful and updated the booking for me. On arrival we checked in easy on self check in with help of a member of staff. We were very lucky to get room 102 and were very happy as it is close to the lift and from previous experience a quiet room. As everyone knows you always get minimal tea and coffee and we love a cup of tea, I brought my own tea bags and just went and asked the ladies at reception as and when we needed more milk and they always have a good handful. We all slept very well, beds comfortable to the point we didn’t want to get up! Again another fab stay at the premier inn and we look forward to coming back again in the future.

Our room temperature on average was over 24C. We complained and they advised that there is nothing they can do. The room is naturally hot and there is no way to cool it down. We had all the heating switched off, and the window open, and the temperature remained at 24C. In the end, we slept with the bedroom door open to get airflow. In the morning, when using the extra towels in the wardrobe area, we found one of them unwashed with another guests stains on it. We have complained to customer service, and it is now over a month, and we still haven't received a satisfactory response.

Great overnight stay at this hotel. Booked meal deal with next door restaurant and food was excellent. Despite reading other reviews, room was on the ground floor, clean, tidy and was fine for temperature. Would stay here again if in the area.

Hotel as expected, excellent location, staff warm and welcoming, couldn't fault. Only complaint would be the restaurant, quality and selection of food in evening was disappointing, but breakfast was as one would expect at Premier Inn.
