Turned up staff were friendly. Gotto our room, the cot for the baby was filthy and our bathroom absolutely stunk. Had to sleep with bathroom door closed all night and baby had to sleep in his pram all night.
The facilities are what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express but the hotel is very tired and in need of a deep clean at least, possibly a refurb.
Also, requested not near lifts but were only 2 rooms away, overlooking the bins. As a Gold IHG Member that doesn't seem right.
