I have always heard lots of bad things about the Ibis group but I have to admit it was clean, comfortable and good value for money. Perfect location as we wanted to get into London. The bed was comfortable and room very clean. The shower needed descaling but that was the only thing

The Ibis stevenage hotel is a nice hotel located right in the city centre and close to shopping and the train station. There's a Asda right in front of the hotel. For families with children, there's also a public park within walking distance, about 5 mins walk from the hotel. The rooms are basic but decent, what you get at...

I stayed at the ibis at the weekend. I was not expecting much based on previous visits but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has recently been refurbished and provides all the essentials including free fast wifi! The beds were comfortable and bathroom perfectly appointed. I would recommend this hotel thoroughly!

I stayed at the IBIS Stevenage for 1 night and was extremely impressed. The staff were very attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. My Room was modern, clean and very comfortable! The location is excellent, less than 5 minutes’ walk to Stevenage Train Station and Buses. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended

Was very pleased to find this hotel right in the heart of the town, plenty to look at! Shops and all amenities, including the museum within a stone's throw. Car park adjacent, train station a couple of minutes walk. Couldn't be more central. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Had a very well priced and delicious quick lunch, and...

My home town and unfortunately I had to stay here. No parking at the hotel, as you have to park in the shopping multi-story and hope that your car is not vandalised over night by yobs lurking around. At the reception I was met by two people staff who could not speak English and appeared to be on their first...

Dear Daniel Many thanks for your review. It is a real shame that that your views seem to be distorted by stereotyping the area and those employed at the hotel. For the readers of this review we do have international staff and as this hotel is part of an international chain this is to be expected – but all speak...

Seems cheaper but quality is even less than the money you pay.Very basic room, wooden floor.I paid for queen bed but it was actually two single beds joined together. On suite very small not even a towel rail.Breakfast not worth for 7.99.

Unless you are a builder or a hitman I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel is noisy, the plaster is pealing off the walls, but if i am honest the room was clean. The worst part of this hotel is that you just do not feel safe, they are clearly using it as a government half way house. We...
