Had a great one night stay with 17 year old son. Really quiet and very welcoming. Breakfast was great - son had cooked, I enjoyed the freshly made fruit salad with yoghurt and muesli. The fresh jug of milk in the quietest fridge in the world (could not hear it at all!) was a nice touch. Much nicer than a...

Very clean and fresh and friendly wonderful breakfast with wide choice. Clean bathrooms and shower rooms. Lovely walks in the area with great views. Would recommend a stay here. Evening meal on request with small charge or if you prefer various local pubs. And for a small charge the owers are very kind to offer lift to whereever you need...

Stayed here whilst I attended a course at the Suffolk Food Hall which was ideal as so close to the venue and beautifully quiet and secluded. Felt very at home and enjoyed the fresh fruit and delicious scrambled eggs for breakfast, happily catering to veggie requests.

Stayed here for a night while attending a local AGM. Wish I could have stayed longer. A delightful room in a very quiet location made it a perfect nights sleep. Very friendly hosts, even suppling an insulated jug of fresh milk for my tea. A very good breakfast. When I commented on the freshness of the fried eggs with their...

Very friendly and helpful hosts in a charming house. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. It doesn't get better than this. I stayed at Maytrees for a night after a sailing trip that ended at Wolverstone.

A very accommodating and welcoming stay. I have never had such a fantastic array of toiletries and tea-bag options in a B&B! The owners are very helpful, comfy beds and the rooms are lovely. Highly recommended.

I stayed here whilst embarking on a weeks pottery camp in Suffolk. Superb accommodation, food and surroundings. This far surpassed many 4 star hotels I have stayed at; the hosts were totally accommodating and nothing appeared too much trouble. I would fully recommend this to anyone staying in the Suffolk area.

I stayed at Maytrees for few days while working at sea during the day: the warm, welcoming and friendly house and lovely people just made my day ending right. I highly recommend it whatever the reasons of your stay. And the breakfast in the morning it's a great.

The hosts are very friendly and the house, our room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean and so much was provided, far more (eg toiletries) than I've ever seen in B&Bs or hotels. Janey and Tony's attention to detail is unsurpassed and it made our (regrettably very short) stay a delight. The house is surrounded by fields of crops, so...

Stayed in the twin room with a friend on a walking trip for two nights. Comfy bed and the bathroom was only just outside the bedroom door (double room has its own en suite so no early morning queues!). All was spotlessly clean with full facilties - amazing attention to detail! Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Tony and...
