Very quite considering so close to Llandudno centre. Very friendly greeting on check in nothing was too much trouble.Room not large but exceptionally clean. We managed to park outside. Breakfast was excellant and service efficient. Would stay here again.

Booked a three night break,Sunday till Wednesday stayed in room seven a single on the first floor, it was excellent,very comfy bed and spacious nice flat screen television good breakfast selection,would definitely stay again,staff were friendly and professional., an excellent guest house highly recommend.

I chose this B and B for a few nights away for myself and my partner after booking too see Sarah Millican at the local theatre. The check in was quick and staff were extreamly friendly and explained everything too us he even knew who we were as we were the last to check in which made it that bit...

Such a lovely place to stay! The staff were very friendly and sociable and the room we thought was so cosy! Close to the town as well which was also great and about a 5 minute walk to the promenade, will definitely be going to stay again! You can also park right outside there if you're going by car

Arrived at the hotel on 20 th November man on reception very friendly, we had a room on first floor nos 10. This was at the back of the hotel, it was very clean, sheets and towels spotless . Tea and coffee in the room, bathroom clean just a shower in here which suited us. Breakfast very good , cereal...

First time here, was a wonderful suprise to find just how relaxing this hotel was. The bed (room 6) was great, so comfortable, just didn't want to get up. The breakfast was simple but, well presented. Hotel was clean and welcoming. The only down side, for me, was how steep the stairs were. I would and will be staying there...

Stayed just one night last night at The Sunnyside. It was clean and welcoming, our room seemed to have been recently refurbished. En-suite facilities were new, clean and of a good quality. This is the second time we've visited and this time the hotel was even better, a more modern clean look wonderful family room with a lovely large clean bathroom.
