Thank you for you comments and sorry you had trouble finding a parking place, we are not blessed with many car parks in Llandudno. We do cook breakfast to order, you must have arrived at peak time around 9am, however we have never had guests wait an hour before, if this was the case many apologies and sorry you appear...

Stayed here 3 nights had a lovely spacious family room, the pity was it had a really small shower room. It was clean and comfortable and a lovely breakfast on offer. The staff were friendly and warm. Negative to bear in mind if you have a room at the front is street noise from bars and a club at the...

Living in Spain we have to return to the UK occassionaly to visit family. I have never found a better B&B. In fact I will move flights around to make sure there is a vacancy. I hope this review does not seem over the top, but it is an excellent establishment. The only negative I will agree with, parking can...

my wife, son in law and daughter in law visited Sunnyside for 2 nights from 9/09/2016. We found the owns very helpful and the accommodation 1st class. My wife and I had a Superior Double which was tremendous. You could not wish for better. Although my son had the standard double he very pleased with it as it was almost...

This is a beautifully presented guest house in an excellent location. The main fault is that it advertises itself as having parking and, although there is free on-street parking in the surrounding roads, it is very difficult to find a space close by. Aside from that, this place is great. Nice, spacious rooms. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the...

Thank you for your lovely review, it is much appreciated. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and the weather was kind. Unfortunately booking.com have only 2 options for parking on their website, no parking or free parking. Parking can be challenging until the evening when local shops and businesses close, we are very centrally situated and, as you...

We stayed for 2 nights from the 22nd August with our 4 year old son. Was delighted when we seen the room. So clean, spacious and the beds were SO comfy! My son loved the fact he had his own separate room! Towels and bedding lovely too. Gorgeous breakfast and great service. Would definitely visit again!

Stayed 2 nights at Sunnyside with 4 year old. Room was brilliant - spacious, immaculately clean, comfortable. Little man had his own fold out bed - very comfy & I had the best nights sleep I think I've had at a b&b/hotel. Bath & shower - hot & powerful, bath perfect for little one. Toiletries provided plus cadbury's hot chocolate...

Stayed for 1 night on the 24 August in a family room - rm 6. It was one of the best family rooms we have stayed in due to the separate adjoining rm with bunk beds, and having spent an evening prior to staying here in a hot room really grateful for Windows that would open. Lovely room great bedding,...

Firstly, I'd like to say that I pride myself on being fair and honest! We recently stayed here for a three night stay as a family of four. There had been a little confusion with the room booking but it was only the day before we arrived did anyone contact us about this - we had booked this B&B last...

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the welcome that you expected during your recent stay with us.
