Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today - three excellent courses, and at a reasonable price - served by very helpful and friendly staff. Its location is ideal,on the promenade, close to the pier and the main shopping street

I asked a work colleague if he could recommend a good restaurant in Llandudno to take my wife for her birthday. He suggested Osborne's and we were not disappointed. The please is clean, smart and welcoming. Service is first class and staff are, without exception, smart, polite and friendly. We had a three course lunch and shared a bottle of...

We have had Sunday Lunch several times and never been disappointed. The selection of starters, main course and dessert are terrific. I have tried the beef, lamb and pork main courses, all of which served with a selection of vegetables, potatoes and perfect Yorkshire pudding. The tables are immaculate, chairs comfortable, and waiting on service the best. The environment is relaxing including the lounge for coffee/tea....

Stayed at the sister hotel the Osborne. The accommodation at the Osborne was very good. There was a choice of continently breakfast or breakfast at the empire. Opted for breakfast at the empire, the breakfast was cold, greasy and very poorly presented not what you expect at a 4 star hotel, spoiled what was a very good stay.

The food was delicious - perfectly cooked, seasoned and presented. The price was reasonable, there was a great atmosphere and was...

Spent 3 nights at the Osborne - could have stayed for longer. I was a little apprehensive about this stay having spent nearly 30 years going to another hotel - would have continued there if circumstances had not changed. I need not have been concerned. Everything about the Osborne was excellent. Our room was elegant, comfortable and my favourite view...
