We have stayed in Llandudno for the previous three years and for this visit we (three mature couples) chose to stay at St Kildas for the first time. From our initial enquiry through to our departure, after a four night stay, all the staff were helpful and friendly. Our rooms (218,219 and 221) were all sea facing, comfortable, clean and perfectly...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fabulous evening entertainment. One singer in particular on the first night was excellent. Great location for visiting the area. Food was pretty good. Our bedroom was large and cosy. Staff were all very friendly.

The staff could not be more helpful, Checkout was rather tiresome. The room we had 310 was very comfortable and warm. Everywhere was immaculate the only problem we had, was we could NOT close either window. It would appear that the locks had been locked, and no key available. It was therefor quiet noisy and cold at night, as we...

We recently visited this hotel with a group of friends. We found every member of staff to be extremely pleasant, helpful and attentive. The food was of reasonable quality and portions were good. There was a good menu choice. One could be a little picky about there being dry meat and overcooked vegetables, however the salads, desserts, breakfasts and cheese...

Thank you for bringing these points to our attention; I understand that you came as part of a group holiday and it is such a shame that you waited until your departure day to let us know about your problems. Having gained feedback from the organiser everyone else was completely happy and had a great time! We do urge all...

We arrived at the St Kilda as part of a group of friends on a coach trip. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Jeanette. Our room was basic but spotlessly clean. The bed very comfortable The service in the restaurant was quick and the waiters and waitresses were most obliging. The food was excellent with good sized portions The...

I read some negative reports on TripAdvisor before my 5 day break to stkilda.s.Most of them unfair..It is an older property but what it may lack in 5 star amenities it makes up for in quirky, old fashioned homely hospitality.. The food is superb..the staff are friendly and helpful and the nightly entertainment was exceptional. Yes it does cater for the...
