I stayed here for two nights with my Grandson. It is quite typical of some of the large hotels in Llandudno and much of the business obviously comes from the coach trip business, catering for the older clientele. Our twin room 355 was disappointing for the money that we paid, it was small, tiny bathroom with the sink on the...

The shower cubicle was mouldy. There was pidgeon pòo all over the windows hampering the view. We kept smelling cigarette smoke on the landing three times...

This is probably one of the worst run hotels I've visited depending on who is the manager for the day. The evening meals are average. But staff have a tendency to place plates on top of hot food. Don't ever complain because your complaint is not treated with respect or courtesly I fact when a lady asked the manager to...

Came on my own for a 3 night stay after finding hotel on Booking.com (£50 a night B and B) and was very impressed with everything about it. Although I booked a single room and was expecting a small room at back of hotel I was actually allocated a twin room with superb sea vies which was quite a bonus....
