I was looking for a reasonably priced single room (often scarcer than hen's teeth), and the Annan has two of them! Quite small but sufficient size, clean, well appointed. About the smallest flat screen TV I've ever seen, but I only watched the news on it. Good range of options for breakfast and friendly service. One table per room, so...

We were on a short motorcycle touring break of the region and the location was ideal, with easy evening access to bars and restaurants. The proprietor was friendly, courteous and most helpful. For example, we asked about the best local places for an evening meal and chose two of the recommended and were not disappointed with the food. Our bedroom...

5 of us just stayed for 2 nights, Couldn't fault the service. Excellent friendly staff in the dining room, nothing too much trouble, Honesty bar worked really well for us and a nice added touch. Would definitely stay again and recommend it. The 1 downside was the towels weren't changed over so were still wet.

A last min booking left us with the only option of a smaller double bedroom. .it was absolutely fine with everthing we needed in the room. Its maybe the bathroom whats a little struggle but it suited our needs. The price was excellent value for money and the breakfast was delicious and debbie happily just let us order what we...

A real delight in Llandudno ( a resort which has suffered a bit through the hard times but is now vibrant and moving up). Annan Hotel embraces all the traditional family hotel values - friendly staff (really interested in guests as people), spotless well equipped rooms (even includes wine glasses as well as the usual tumblers), breakfast which includes all...

This is a great Hotel with friendly and attentive staff. There is enough parking space on site. It is positioned up a slight hill but is still convenient to the pier end of town. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay, with a good breakfast. Will go again.

Wonderful hotel perfectly located near the Great Orme end of Llandudno and with the added bonus of free parking (very important in this town). Great welcome from the owner Debbie. We loved our room (no6 twin) with views of the mountains. We too liked the large bottles of shower gel and shampoo. The best breakfast with help yourself juices, fruit,...

I can only endorse the favourable comments posted already about this hotel. My wife and I were made to feel very welcome. This is a comfortable, cosy hotel with the added bonus of its own private car park, an absolute must in Llandudno. The guest rooms are well appointed and we were very impressed with the attention to detail. All...
