When I saw the reviews, I did get a little worried. However, the hotel is under refurbishment and if completed to a good standard then this good be a great hotel. I booked two rooms and we was really impressed with the rooms. They were clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in...

We booked for two nights here due to the low rates, and for its promenade and beach-facing location and convenience for the shops. Although the hotel is undergoing refurbishment, and as our requests for a seaview room couldn't be accommodated, we asked for a refurbished room. This was a room with a rear view. We were happy to find this...

You get what you pay for! If all you need is a night and a breakfasts in llandudno.., The Elsinore is excellent. The breakfast is ok, your morning coffee sitting outside when the weather permits is wonderful.

I have got to admit I was worried when I read the reviews after booking which I never do, I always check first but I was attracted to the £47 for 2 with breakfast, we needed to stay in Llandudno for one night for an event but didn't want to pay a fortune so we went with it. Check in...

The hotel is in the process of being refurbished and to be fair the room we had was warm and comfortable for us. Breakfast was fine and kept us...

Me and my wife have stayed at the Elsinore twice now. Once in 2015 and again in 2016. The hotel is definitely below par. The hotel it self needs a serious upgrade. Everything is very dated throughout. Our room on both visits was practical. We had tea, coffee, towels etc. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the room was warm....

This hotel is not fit for human habitation. We stayed for two nights with our six year old son and spent all of our time outside because we could not bear to go back to this squalid hotel. The breakfast room needs condemning and as for the breakfast.... You would not serve it to your dog. This hotel should be...

First impression was what a mess, it's obviously being refurbed the hall ways and stairs were a mess really dirty, the room had been recently painted and wasn't too bad but the cups and glasses had I would say just been rinsed under the tap in the bathroom, I actually took one cup to reception and got another as it...
