Good location close to town, steep road up to the hotel and limited parking. The Victorian era hotel and rooms were clean, if a little jaded. But very good value for money. Good selection for breakfast.

We booked for 2 nights, my husband and I had a double room, with a view of the sea, but also a window looking over the garden, where we watched the goats munching on the grass, it was a very relaxing view, we also took my mum, who had a single room next to us, which also had a fantastic...

Stayed one night in this lovely hotel. Had an enjoyable stay in an unusual room with fantastic views across Llandudno. The proprietors were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning and a very thoughtful gift of a goody bag with water and flapjack given to take away.

We booked this hotel site unknown and upon arrival we were excited as it was just great and on a hill with great view to the beach and town. The rooms were very comfortable clean and relaxing to be in. We stayed three nights and enjoyed every one. Recommend this hotel to everyone. The knowledge Ray has about the town...

We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a sea view room which was stunning. The room was basic and only the fussy will have issues. As mentioned in other reviews, George the seagull made himself known and great to see how Ray feeds him. The location of this hotel is perfect, a few minutes...

Got last minute cancellation. Beautiful, clean and friendly place. Very helpful and vast knowledge of areas. Breakfast was cooked to order, fresh. Amazing fruity salad. Would certainly return. Eating breakfast had wonderful views of Llandudno pier. Lots of events going on but must warn you, there's lots of steps. Headlands is central to the town centre but perfect distance for restful night/sleeping...

We cancelled one of the big expensive hotels and opted for the Headland Hotel when we found out its location and viewpoint. This is a quirky hotel full of character, creaky floorboards, sash windows, manor style staircase........brilliant. Our room (23) had lovely sea views and had great modern style bathroom, there are plenty of reading/relaxing rooms all over the hotel....

We've just returned from a four night break in Llandudno - wanting to explore some of North Wales with our 2 year old. We weren't disappointed with this gem of a hotel. The location is stunning with probably the best view of beautiful Llandudno. Lucky for us each morning was bright and sunny so it was a glorious view to...
