Stayed at Hotel from 20th to 22nd March. We stayed two nights in Room 1. Nice room, very spacious. Only downside was inconsiderate people in next room that needed tv on loud as hell setting and also smoking in room...our en suite smelt like an ashtray. This didnt detract from how nice this hotel is and how attentive staff were....

We stayed for a night in room 11 and have to say room was lovely and spacious bit of dust here and there absolutely lovely staff but felt bit much for 1 person who was running bar, booking in, trying to repair internet so think caus out of season didnt have lot of staff on hence the odd dust but...

booked into the penthouse bedding damp stains on walls but ok'ish moved us into a family room to find stains on walls,opened the wardrobe to find an un emptied bin n a broken lamp which is very un hygienic, not worth £190 for 2 nights

We stayed in room seven which was ok but not very clean.The first night of our stop we was awake most of the night with a continuous loud noise.This was mentioned to staff in the next morning who told us the noise was coming from the big fridges and that their had been many other complaints but the management refused...

We stayed here after being recommended the manor hotel as it was supposedly a nice hotel. The reception areas are nicely decorated and felt welcoming. But unfortunately that's probably the only good part of the hotel. The lady who welcomed us wasn't actually welcoming. Pretty much just gave us our key & showed us to our room. There wasn't any...

Welcomed by Paul .room over looking the sea was a little small but was clean n tidy with towels and complementary soap,shampoo, tea coffee milk biscuits. We decided, that as we had our Honeymoon 32 years ago, it would be lovely to go back to our favourite place Llandudno. stayed here for one night in a single room..... some of the furniture i the room needs upgrading and there was no hairdryer in the room.. but the bed was comfy and the room was warm with good facilities and towels... I had a sea view room which was nice too.... for what i paid .. I had no issues...
