Good value for money. Room had recently been renovated and was cosy with a comfortable bed. Food both for breakfast and dinner was very good. The Friday night steak menu is great value @ £24 for two including a bottle of house wine. Quality was excellent. All the staff were friendly, pleasant and attentive. Even gave us £3 for the... First class hotel, rooms contained any that was needed - very clean, very stylish and very comfortable. Everybody was attentive, professional and more than anything friendly. It is situated within easy walking distance of the town centre. It's a very interesting town, take the time to have a good look round Llandudno - it's well worth it. Across the road... More

We have just arrived back from a 4 day break with our little morkie "Tatty", we are amazed that we have found somewhere that we could take our dog. The hotel was beautiful and the room was very clean and warm. The views were stunning to say the least. The room we had was the Lorina and it had a... More

We came to the st tudno for afternoon tea. When we arrived we were told to wait by the reception for our table to be laid? We waited a good 20 minutes until the gentleman came back through and sat us near the window. I'm not entirely sure why he was gone for so long as he hadn't changed the... More

One must give thanks to the service given by the identical triplets and the other staff for their endless patience and professionalism. Nothing either phased or distracted them from ensuring ones stay was as memorable as possible. Very favourable room and food rates which made the whole experience excellent value for money.

This was our first visit to Llandudno since we were children. What a fantastic hotel to stay in for our first return visit. We received a warm welcome from Sue, the owner. Sue and all her staff were so happy, helpful and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were outstanding, along with our evening meal. Sue had arranged entertainment... More

Yes! Little Ms. Alice stayed here and while you won't find the white rabbit, the Queen of Hearts and the Mad Hatter, you will find a staff that tries to be helpful with everything. They found us parking when they didn't have it, they provide you with very comfortable rooms ( we had the family room)they serve you dinner even... More
