My wife and I stayed for two nights with our grandson Alfie. This was the first time we had gone away with him without his parents. So we booked the Imperial with some trepidation, after much research and trawling through details of other similar three and four star hotels. We wanted to be central, on the seafront and above all... More

We went here for lunch we had a soup to start, sandwiches for main and cake for pud as well as three childrens meals! Portions and food are fantastic and the staff are friendly and on the ball. The hotel is in a beautiful location and caters for children in that they brought colours and activity packs to keep them... More

My 87-year old mother and I had a great stay at this hotel the week before last. The staff in the hotel could not have done more for us. I didn't stay at the Imperial but I did eat there most evenings of a weeks stay in Llandudno. Since last year, the hotel has improved generally but most of all with its amazing quality and variety of dining choices. The decor is still the faded, dated grandure as before but the quality of the food makes it more acceptable.... More

Still fuming after six months at the appalling treatment by a member of the serving staff which appeared to be condoned by the management.
