The room was basic but clean it had a double bed and a single bed two chairs with a bathroom and brew facilities. The...

We had a lovely welcome from the owner & were allowed to check in over an hour early. We found our room (7)at the front,it had a lovely view,we were opposite the tour bus entrance, with views out towards the bay & happy valley. The room was not massive, but well appointed, but it could've done with a second chair. The bed was...

Came to llandudno in the summer with my family and we booked into the Min y don. We were welcomed by the manageress who was so lovely and helpful. The food was delicious, big portions and plenty of choice, thanks to the chef who never failed to disappoint! The waiting staff were amazing and couldn't do more for us, very...

A disappointing stay. The Hotel was quite basic and the food was poor. Breakfast was over cooked and limited time slots for meals. The evening roast was all out of a packet. The staff are reasonably friendly though this doesn't make up for an overall poor experience.

Thank you for your review. We regret that your stay appeared to be unsatisfactory. There are a couple of points which need to be pointed out. The evening meals are all freshly cooked on a daily basis with local produce used as often as possible. The breakfast system has been remodeled. |The breakfast is now served from 8.15am to 9.45am to...

Food disgusting, Tiny portions. Charged us £25 but that was £20 too much. Hotel felt dirty , needs a good overhaul not just a spring clean. Does not cater for diabetics. Was given an apple, 12 grapes for two people for dessert.

nice hotel although a little tired, staff all very pleasant. Food good but served on smaller than normal dinner plates. Entertainment on 2 nights during our 4 night stay. Breakfast 8.30 and dinner 6.00pm, you cannot enter dining room before these times as its opened on the dot which is rather regimental.

We were there for a weekend break. The room was a little small but had all the amenities. The food was very good (we were half board) and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is ideally positioned for most of the bars and clubs in the town, especially if you do not want to or cannot walk...

This hotel is very tired and needs a lot of attention to detail. The floorboards and beds all squeak and the mirror in our room had fallen off the wall and was sitting in the bottom of the tiny wardrobe. I moved this onto the dresssing table and it made the room look much better. The breakfast is served at...

Me and my husband are just back from our stay at the Min Y Don and we thought the staff were very friendly and the location is great, overlooking the pier. This was great value for money. The food was wholesome, hot and served very attentively. Best wishes to Miriam who was a great host. This is a home from...
