We where quickly registered and to our rooms. It states that there are lifts to all rooms, however this is a little misleading as once out of the lift we had to go down a small flight of stairs to go up another lot to get to the rooms. The room was clean on arrival but it was OK. Flat...

We visited the Brig Y Don hotel in Llandudno (LL30 2XS), February 2017, what a great time we had too. I cannot fault it in any way at all. The staff were so so friendly, always a smile. As soon as we arrived, we were able to park opposite the hotel, no problem at all, and there is the option...

This hotel is very nice and good value for money with a full buffet English hot and cold breakfast but is let down by saying in the advertising that there are lifts to all floors what it fails to mention that then half the rooms are only accessible by split stairs ie half a flight down then half a flight...

This hotel is in a great location for the town but equally great for walking on the sea front and the pier. The town as some very unusual shops as well as the normal range of shops.Plenty of sight seeing in the town as well as the surrounding country side and mountains.

Basic seafront BnB/guest house, with a bar, lounge and dining room, plus some free parking around the back. Rooms were basic but clean, although neither shower in the two rooms we booked seemed to work very well, one being very hot, the other tepid, and none of us could work out how to control the temperature. Breakfast buffet was pretty...

This is a lovely hotel with friendy polite staff. Our room is very very clean as is the bathroom. Breakfast has fruit juices and a coffee machine whith a choice of coffies which taste really nice. There's a 24hr bar reception. You can also have takeaways delivered if hungry. The bed is really comfy too. I would recommed this hotel...

We had a very warm welcome on arrival. Our top floor sea view room was comfortable and clean with really good heating. The bathroom although it had no apparent heating always seemed warm, the shower was lovely. Breakfast served in the dining room was very good with plenty of choice including fresh fruit.

Before we had even seen this hotel we were sure that if nothing else the staff here would be friendly. At the last minute we had to change our booking. Staff were very understanding and were more than happy to help us to alter our booking. The hotel is situated directly on the promenade with fantastic sea and landscape views....

Lovely welcome from the receptionist. We had a top floor room facing the sea which had recently been upgraded. Immaculately clean and the breakfast was excellent. The only down side was the bed was very small which wouldn't be a problem for many but we are both very tall.
