A favourable experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with the impression that it was in the process of being upgraded. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, with a good atmosphere about the place. Meals were well cooked , a variety of choice and an imaginative menu. Room was somewhat basic, but comfortable never the less with...

We booked last minute and found the hotel to be good value. The receptionist was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The reception area was well decorated and inviting. Our double room was warm and had a newly fitted shower room/toilet.The hotel had been recently decorated and look fresh and clean. The breakfast was good. Nothing special, but was served efficiently by...

Stayed at this hotel with a friend while in Eastbourne for a birthday party. The hotel has obviously recently been decorated as the smell of paint was still in the air. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and tea and coffee making facilities were available. The only bad thing I have to say about...

When we got to the room the beds hadn't been made up, just a pile of pillows and duvets on the floor! Think this should be...

Stayed here whilst on a coach trip to the area. It has just been refurbished completely. We were the first party to use the hotel on the reopening February. It had "teething troubles" in as much as the lift was not working; some rooms were still being finished and "minor problems easily solved". The room we had was warm and...

We visited Eastbourne in July 2016 and as part of our holiday, we stayed at Hadleigh Hotel. It was very clean and we stayed in a cosy room which had a lovely bathroom, too. Delicious breakfast in the morning so can't fault it really. Definitely recommend it!

Just off the sea front this hotel is having a complete make over so there are some problems at this time. Our trip was a turkey and tinsel weekend which we were welcomed with some mulled wine and mince pies. Staff here are excellent very helpful and efficient. Food was first class from breakfast to the evening meals, the Turkey...
