Take out life insurance before using lift, don't expect the full English breakfast to be a full English breakfast, it's more a half English breakfast, don't expect the evening meals to taste of anything, don't expect the house keeper to do more then half heatedly make the beds. But the waitresses were very hard working.

On arrival this place looked on the neglected side of shabby with weeds growing out of the steps and flower baskets that did not appear to have any life in them, and things did not improve when shown to our room which was in great need of an upgrade,we consoled ourselves that at least it had a balcony with wonderful...

Moved to different room, no better, wallpaper hanging off, curtains did not meet, holes in ceiling, smell of damp, windows painted shut. Bannister in dining room broken near to our table. Rooms and beds were clean. Food was good. Nothing fancy but good for the price. The staff are very nice and try to get whatever you need. Only problem is the 6 or 7 steps to the front door! No ramp, no access for my mobility scooter. Had to wait for staff to carry it up.
