Have Just returned from 5 days turkey and tinsel break with a local coach company. The food and entertainment was excellent. Heidi did a magnicifent job at making everyone enjoy themsdelves, she works extremley hard,! The meals were served very efficiently considering number of guests staying. Our room at front was clean and comfortable. The lift could do with updating only room... More

I didn't stay here luckily but attended a training here. Rude staff and mediocre food. When I asked for a plate to be taken from our small table to make room for other peoples orders the waiter actually turned to me crossly and told me he was 'busy'. Staff sitting in the back office looking out at you at reception... More

Stayed, with my wife, for 3 nights recently. The hotel has a great location, being only a 1minute walk to the seafront and a 10 minute stroll to the main shopping area- both on level ground. Our bedroom had an en-suite bathroom comprising a walk-in shower, toilet and handbasin. The bed was comfortable although the soft furnishings were a little... More

As with most hotels in Eastbourne it's very old. Everything you need was provided. It was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a tad dated but fine for what we wanted. The bathroom was great until you got in the shower cubicle which was tiny. It is very "old people" orientated down to the dishes... More

We stayed for two nights in October. This was our second time at this hotel Once again all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very filling and we could not fault it. We didn't have an evening meal there but the menu looked very inviting! I think we will be having this on our next stay!... More

Rooms were very small, nowhere to put a suitcase, shower is tiny no water pressure so it just trickles and was hard to regulate. The staff were all excellent and the food was amazing. The hotel is very clean and is in a good location with everything on the doorstep.

Another fabulous weekend with the TRANSLIVING team by the sea, All the staff were courteous as always and no problems with any misgendering at our table. No major problems with the room, a lovely front facing room with view of the sea (that's the wet stuff between the sky and the land if you are in Torquay)
