The Queens Hotel was one of the best we have stopped at on a break with Alfa Coaches. We were a party of 10 and a table was allocated for all of us to dine together. The staff were all very pleasant and the rooms well kept. We were at the end of a corridor and heard no noise at...

Spent five days at the Queens Hotel in Eastbourne over Christmas and had a very nice holiday. The hotel is well situated opposite the pier, on the promenade and just a short walk to the High Street shops. The hotel made us very welcome with comfortable rooms, friendly service and good food. We travelled with Alfa Coaches and so also...

The hotel was well positioned for our needs, with parking. It was big and had clearly been quite grand in its day. Staff were very helpful, extremely polite and the room was clean and - for the small extra - the sea view very worthwhile. The basic necessity it lacked was a comfortable bed. The mattress we had was soft...

We often visit Eastbourne and need to stay overnight but most hotels do not have parking facilities. As I am disabled I can't walk very far. The Queens has parking on site and although the accommodation is dated it is very comfortable and reasonably priced. Breakfast is also good value and caters well for vegetarians.

The hotel we usually stay in was fully booked, so we chose the Queens Hotel instead. Parking ( Free for guests) just need to give your car registration to reception when you check in. Fast efficient check in and we were able to check in early too so that was a bonus. Breakfast was OK, adequate. Staff were pleasant..

We stayed for one night as we were going to a Dinner in the town. This hotel is primarily set up for coach parties and as long as you except that then it is excellent and good value for money. Yes it is an old building and getting a little tired but the room was clean and the staff very...
