We were visiting friends in Eastbourne for the weekend but needed somewhere to stay with our 18 month old. We had specifically requested a cot to be included in our family room. When we got there not only was the room large and beautifully decorated but the cot was set up with mattress and lovely bedding, We were delighted as...

We had an excellent stay in two comfortable double rooms and enjoyed the lovely breakfasts. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We visit Eastbourne at least twice a year and will definitely be back.

Owners have been in residence for a few years now. The place is extremely lovingly kept. Good hot breakfast including vegetarian option. Warm and cosy. Comfy soft bed and well presented room (a little on the small side for 2 as a double in the attic (room 5)). Pascal and David pleasant and friendly. Close to the beach at less...

Very clean, staff very polite, friendly and keen to please, everything you wanted was there, lovely breakfast with good choice in the menu. The room was comfy, nice beds, coffee & tea making facilities, TV, WiFi, towels, toiletries etc. The hotel does not have a bar but that was known to me. The breakfast time finishes at 9.15am, this could...

We travelled as a family of 4 adults and an infant. Our rooms (2 x twins) were spacious, extremely clean and very well appointed. We were greeted on arrival in a most warm and friendly way by the joint owner. He recommended a local pub (Crown and Anchor) for an evening meal and it was very good. Breakfast was taken...

Only thing I could say negative was parking , unless you arrive early or don't go out in the evenings you might get a...

Looked at hotels around the area and all were overpriced for this time of season. Having never really done B&B's before we were both really impressed. The whole place looked clean and fresh and if the owners were out to impress then they've achieved that. The room was excellent with all the usual facilities and a very good nights sleep...

My friend and I stayed here for just one night and both wished we could have stayed some more. We had room 3, which has a marvellous view across to the sea and a little private balcony. The twin room we had was very light and spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfy and there was everything you could possibly...
