WOW!! What an incredible treasure of a hotel!! We wanted a quiet hotel, on the beach, as a family vacation. We got what we wanted! The hotel is beautiful with 3 swimming pools, private beach, and our rooms had there own private pools! Service was exceptional!! All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much to ask! Thank you “X” for your personal attention, always knowing what drink to poor, and updating us on where to visit! And “What” was also brilliant - thank you!!

We have just spent 9 nights in this green and peaceful setting in the northwest of Koh Samui on a breakfast basis.
Family of 4 with 2 teenagers aged 19 and 17
The establishment is perfect, we stayed in a 2 bedroom plunge pool villa 20 meters from the swimming pool and the beach.
80 people maximum within the hotel which is kind to its customers.
Calm prevails as the hotel is far from the busy areas of Chaweng and Bophut.
The villa is perfect for 4 despite only one bathroom and toilet in this same room.
No entertainment in the hotel but that was not our search criterion.
We recommend the establishment if you want to relax, relax to the sound of soft music and feel considered.
Important: if you choose this establishment, you must rent a vehicle, which we did at Tonton Samui (also perfect).
Despite checking out at 1 p.m. for a shuttle at 6:30 p.m., the establishment allowed us to take our showers at the spa before leaving.
In the breakfast formula, you have 2 nearby addresses if you want to discover: a small beach restaurant 30 meters on the right side of the beach going down and a second one leaving the hotel 500 meters away: the Beryl Bar.
A big thank you to the whole team who allowed us to spend 10 wonderful days.

We have just returned home from a fantastic stay at the Passage on Samui. The hotel and Staff are truly excellent and do everything to make sure that your stay is as perfect as possible. All Staff on the hotel was fantastic but Cat and Ben in the restaurant was just further fantastic – catering to all our needs and just very pleasant company to be around and enjoy some small talk with.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom "villa" with a private pool and that was simply just perfect for our family vacation, we had a small "kitchen" / lounge area besides the 2 bedrooms, where the kids often had dinner from room service.
The private pool is not very large, but it was very easy and nice for the kids to quickly jump into the pool and when we wanted more the hotel offered 3 large pools on the hotel grounds.
The hotel is right on the beach and right in front of the hotel the beach is clear of rocks and coral. - There are corals to both sides of the hotel and further out as well, which makes this beach very protected. When we stayed at the hotel the tide was out most of the day, which made the beach very shallow and not good for swimming, so for beach swimming we had to get up and complete this in the mornings.
Everything about this hotel we will highly recommend, both for families with kids, but also for adults seeking a nice, relaxed vacation - there are plenty of room for both at the same time. The hotel is a bit away from everything else, so some kind of private transportation is highly recommended.

As repeat offenders, we have been to the Passage for the second time after 2019. Conclusion: not nearly what it used to be! The complex itself is well maintained, pools are very nice for swimming and relaxing, there are enough loungers, unfortunately not on the beach. Beach is clean. Our garden villa is spacious, clean, unfortunately without mosquito nets on the door, air conditioning is noisy, you have to turn it off at night, the bathroom drains smell. The service at breakfast and in the evening is good, always friendly, but as TUI BLUE, different standards should be set. Service staff are not trained, do not know anything about the dishes on the menu, the "general manager" hides in the baking area in the morning to make coffee instead of looking after his guests' needs, the prices at the bar and in the restaurant are way too high, watermelon shake 220 Bath??!! We remember it differently, even if Corona got in the way.

If you've been to Samui before, don't come here. If you don't have to go for the first time either! The hotel is very remote (on the edge). The hotel is small. Photos that you will see on almost all sites do not convey how small this hotel is. No sea. It's described, it wasn't counted on, but the hotel level is visually very weak 4. Checked into the hotel around 4 p.m. The first surprise is one key (card) to the room. In the room is a sponge; at occupancy 31 degrees, with air conditioning running at full capacity, after 2 hours of operation 29 degrees. So coming from the street, there will be no cool at all. Pool beds on the bill. The map shows the nearest 7/11 in 34 min walk. We came to Samui for the fifth time. We've never stopped on the west side of the island before, I realize we don't have to come here at all. The hotel was very disappointing. I certainly shouldn't have chosen this accommodation. The value-for-money ratio does not correspond to the stated level of accommodation and comfort. Room size is not the same as stated. The extra bed feels like a mattressless bed - very hard, never happened anywhere, without exaggeration. Of the good - the water pressure in the shower is excellent, the shower area is pleasant due to the windows (but we didn't come to the shower here!) It's 3 nights booked, but there's a doubt we'll stay here that long. A spoiled mood and the start of rest.

Never had such a bad hotel - and this is supposed to be TUI Blue!? Location: very isolated, far from the next town. You either need a scooter, a rental car or are forced to pay horrendous taxi prices Room: we had to change our first room after the first night because the toilet flush was broken, the shower only worked very poorly and the air conditioning was also broken. Moved to another room the next morning. At first everything was fine, but then the shower was also broken (the handle for turning it on and off was broken), the drain in the sink didn't work. It was repaired. On the last day the toilet didn't work again. Water flowed constantly. Breakfast: just awful. The same thing every day. Bread and croissants stale, the hot dishes not very tasty, very poor selection. We lost our appetite for breakfast on the 3rd day because you just don't feel like eating the things from the day before. Head chef: very pushy. Comes to the table and interrupts any conversation. Has no sensitivity. Talks to you about things that don't interest you at all. Hotel bar: overpriced and not very tasteful either, especially the cocktails Our conclusion: once TUI - never again TUI The worst thing: the hotel is rated as 5 stars. However, in our opinion it's actually only 2-3 stars at most, because the complex itself is old and dilapidated - and everything else around it. Absolutely not worth 5 stars!

Nice quiet place away from the busy areas which makes this a beautiful location. With that said, dont forget you'll need transport to go out dining in town etc. My biggest issue was the lack of AC in the suite which the general manager became involved to resolve. Thank You! The morning breakfast was good with an awsome beach view. Airport pickup was good as well but the effort on my part to communicate the scheduled pickup was a bit more challenging than expected. Housekeeping was hit or miss with some items like water/soda replenished and other days not. The hotel staff did what they could to assist so that was a blessing especially when arranging a tour. Understand I have high expectations for a 5 star hotel so digest that when reading my review. Overall a special place to visit.

The Passage Villas is located at the quieter side of Samui with stunning beach views. The room and the 3 swimming pools are all kept very clean; and all the staff are so friendly and nice, particular the manager X and his team Wax, Joe, Cream, Fah, and others who work in the bar and restaurant, made our dinning experience more fun and enjoyable. We stayed here for 10 days, and didn't want to leave!

I had booked a private villa, but the pool was too small, so I changed to a room next to the large pool. It is located on the north side of the island, about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is quiet and the restaurant is very good, But the price of 6 euros for coconut water is expensive. The pool in the center of the hotel is large and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. You can swim while watching the night sky or swim early in the morning. The ocean is also right in front of the hotel, and when the tide is low, you can walk to the offshore area. This is not a busy area, so it is recommended for those who want to relax.

Lovely villa. Very good smiling staff. Lovely pools. Air con struggled in the heat. Couldn’t get room below 26degrees. Water pressure for shower was hit and miss. Apart from an excellent local restaurant next door on the beach there is nowhere else to eat or shop nearby. Had to use Grab taxis which cost about 350 baht each way adding about £14 each time we went out. Very peaceful hotel. Some stones and rocks on the beach. Heat and humidity April /May was intense.
