We had two rooms here for one night. It is a fairly basic B&B but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Yes the bathrooms are small as is the TV as mentioned by other reviewers. Easy parking opposite and plenty of places to walk to in the evening. Staff were very friendly & helpful and breakfast was excellent quality.

Stayed here for one night. Staff and owners were lovely and very enjoyable breakfast. Good location on the waterfront. The breakfast/dining room has been remodernised in the recent past and was very nice. We had Room 8, at the rear. Quite small and the ensuite shower room could do with a refurb. There was a macerator to the WC which...

Lovely hotel. Easy to park opposite hotel. We stayed in room 12 with a sea view at the very top. Lovely comfortable bed and fresh crisp linen. Breakfast included in the cost is outstanding , far better than some very big commercial hotels. I like my food served hot and this did not disappoint . Staff really helpful.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views over the bay! Perfect little get away 🙌 after a looooooong week this stay couldn't come quick enough... and my god it didn't disappoint! Don't get me wrong when entering the toilet you may want to remember to bring your bear skin jacket to keep warm whilst you're doing your duty but in fairness it's...

The location is great with lovely view and some really good restaurants nearby. The rooms are in need or modernisation and the bathroom contained some mould. The breakfast was marvellous and catered for gluten free guests. With a bit of TLC this could be a lovely place to stay

I'd go back tomorrow to this lovely small hotel/b & b. Reasonably priced and offered much more character than a chain hotel. Central location in Mumbles, parking (although paid for) was really convenient, rooms clean and lovely comfortable beds, breakfast was excellent and service was warm and friendly. The views over Swansea Bay were also wonderful. The only pity is...
