Great location! Awesome architecture! Helpful front desk! Delicious breakfast! We loved this hotel!! Everything about it was better than expected! It has a really dark, warm feel when you walk into the front door. There are huge glass windows overlooking the water where you eat...More
Be sure to book a room that overlooks the water and ask for a bathroom that a tally has a bath....If you want a bath! The shower is great, by the way.
Breakfasts are good but the cooked food on the buffet could be better....More
We stayed in room 207 for three nights.

Great hotel in a refurbished historic building on the Brosundet Canal. Very modern rooms mixed with authentic features. The Brosundet Bar has a nice atmosphere for a drink, and the Maki restaurant serves great food (good choice for seafood, of course).

There is street parking near the hotel, free between 4PM and 8AM, during the day you have to buy a parking ticket. You can only buy for 2 hrs at a time. Another solution is a P-house, 2 blocks away. You can pay for as many hours as you want. With a 24 hr ticket, Nkr 150, you can drive out and return using the same ticket.
