So nice. Good rooms, and walk to centrum is only 7 to 10 min. With a cab from dfds only cost 170 norske kr. The breakfast is every Thing you need. We will be back. For the tv, you can cast on from the Phone and whach julekalender, here music. Just go for it, its really Nice stay.
Stayed in Smarthotel Oslo at the beginning of December. Staff were ok, available to help when needed. Lobby area was nice, a place to sit and warm up after a few hours outside. The rooms were small but cosy. The only thing I would say is there were only a few coat hangers to hang up clothes and no other place to store luggage (no under bed storage / wardrobe). The bathroom / shower was again small but nice. There was a little heater in the room which was lovely after coming back to the room after a few hours in the cold. The real star of this hotel was the location!! It was a perfect location. Very close to the train station, metro and bus stops. Also, was a short walk away from the Main Street were there was a big Christmas market and lots of shops / bars / restaurants. I wouldn’t want to be located anywhere else in Oslo! For the price paid, I think this hotel was amazing value for money and I would definitely recommend / stay again.…
The heater in the room didn’t work and it was very cold. the room was small but it contained everything we need. For the price we’d payed it was good value for the money. Also, the location was great; bus, metro, train very closed to the hotel; restaurants and bars too
Great central location, nice lounge area in the lobby, service was ok but the staff didn’t seem to be in a hurry to acknowledge me when i went to check in or to the desk with a question. The room was small and clean, the window looked onto an office building so no privacy with the curtains open really. I paid £96 so not great value for money but this is likely in line with more expensive hotels in Oslo. For that reason, I probably would stay here again.
Located 10 mins walk from central station and only 5 mins from the Christmas markets. Great location. Rooms were clean and tidy and very compact. Only downside was it was too warm at night, no opening window and no thermometer adjustment. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the money.
