A basic hotel with a good location. There are parking spots right next to the hotel but they are very expensive because you have to pay ”city centrum” prizes. BUT you only have to pay from 8am to 4pm!! Breakfast was ok. I came up with only 1 bad side. The plastic! There were plastic spoons at breakfast and plastic cups at the rooms :(

Slept very well here in a cozy 1-person room on the corner of the 2nd floor. Good TV, shower, heating (winter!) The owner threw in a free soup-dinner with lots of trimmings. Excellent for a light evening meal. The breakfast is quite complete and well served. Friendly and helpful staff, good location. Recommended! Elevator has a mind of its own :)

Traditional town-centre hotel with friendly & accommodating personnel. Clean & tidy rooms, although probably due some re-decorating. Good breakfast. The lift (elevator) is challenging, it has a mind of its own!!

One night stay with colleague for business. Ended up here as everything else was fully booked due to large conference. This is a simple 2-3 star hotel. A little dated, small room. Everything seems to be average at this hotel. Pure functionality, little comfort. Breakfast featured small selection and everything was average or low quality. If this hotel was priced correctly is could be half of what we paid. Then again, due to the lack of available hotel rooms in Bodø I guess they can charge what they want, until there are more hotels opened! The only really good thing with this hotel was the location.

Very good location in the city center, 15-20 minutes’ walk from the railway station and the harbor with Hurtigruten. The room was quiet. Perhaps one may perceive bus traffic at the lowest floor, if situated towards west where there is a street with local buses. The breakfast buffet was good. The best things were nice relaxing with a cup of coffee in the restaurant area in the evenings, and more personal staff than one normally meets in the big hotel chains.
