Excellent location; very helpful staff. Clean, Cosy. Tea & coffee on the house. Breakfast on demand. No luggage room, but you can leave the luggage at the reception if necessary and use the facilities (toilet) for free. One of the best budget stays in Norway for us.

Spent here only one night with the family. Very cool ship theme. Our room was good and the bed was comfortable. Quite small but for us is not a big deal. Nice and clean. There is not a blowdryer so make sure you bring one if you plan to stay for more than one night.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night after spending some days on the Lofoten Islands. The reception staff was very friendly and provided us with good and relevant information. The kids loved that they served free tea in the reception area (many cups of tea with creamer in the tummies!). Our room was very clean and feelt newly updated and fresh. Sure the room was somewhat small but for 1 night it was ok for us. The hotel offered to store our luggage in the luggage room after check-out which was very convenient for us since our flight was in the evening. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

This is a cheap hotel with large rooms. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not as good and probably need to be renovated. I took a shower and found water all over the floor. The hotel does not serve breakfast, and offers a sad replacement bag for just 75 NOK!!

We stayed in City Hotell after a ferry ride from Lofoton islands. It was almost mid-night. so we decided to stay at the city centre for the night before taking the flight in the morning back to Oslo. The Hotel is just 2-3 minutes drive from the ferry terminal, there are plenty of street parking space. Because we arrived at mid-night the hotel is unattended, we did the check-in in advance, the hotel sent a pin code to my mobile phone in the morning, we just press the pin at the front door to entre the hotel. The key was put in the reception counter. It was very smooth. My room is on the ground floor, the corridor was quite narrow, but the room itself was fine. We even have the view to the street to see my car just parked outside. All in all, the stay was very pleasant. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Shower pressure very good. Everything clean. There were even coffee and tea at the reception you can help yourself.
