Situated at the top of the hill so about 10 minutes walk down to the station but we treated ourselves to a taxi up when we arrived with bags. This cost about 120 Kr. The hotel room had a large window and was sunny but bathroom quite small. Two comfortable single beds and a double sofa bed meant we could...

The Hotel is nice and with all the services, specially good for family and groups, I will not recommend it, for a couple in a romantic trip. The city of Lillehammer is very cozy and with some nice restaurants.

Great place to stay with plenty of beautiful grounds to explore and long walks. Nearby streams and nature. Peaceful and restful. Classic styled hotel and good food. Love the view from the rooms. The plus for me is the setup itself.

Lillehammer Hotel is the oldest hotel in Lillehammer, but has been modernized, but keeps a classic style. During WWII it was the head office of the Gestapo and also where Germany surrend in Mai 1940. It was the official OG hotel in 1994 and was enlarged because of that. I found it a bit too big, with long corridors. It has...

Nice hotel. Great location, friendly staff and very nice commons areas. Loved the lounges. Minuses for the bad pillows, funny smell in room and housekeeping knocking on the door and waking us up at 08:00 (too early). Great for families or groups, but maybe not for a romantic getaway.

An absolute gem of a hotel set up on a wooded, residential hill in Lillehammer. Set in beautiful grounds, this hotel has many 'activities' to offer both old and young. The play area, games room, pool and general walking opportunities outside offered stressed out parents a way to chill out their children! With a 1 year old and 4 year...

Nice hotel with good facilities for family. They have a very big children's playing room. Nice decor in the lobby and restaurants. Breakfast menu was not very impressive but had the basic continental menu. The room was really congested by the time we had the sofa bed opened. Tiny toilets. Modern decor and clean rooms. Very close to the city...

We travelled as a couple for a relaxing weekend away. We got a twin room, and not a double as expected, a bit disapointed but no big deal. The rooms are small, and when going skiing you bring a bit of extra clothing, it was not much space for this. The cleaniness of the room could have been a lot...

The lobby is beautiful with inviting fireplaces, and we loved the sports-themed design of the renovations. Our room had a nice view of the famous Lillehammer ski-jump area from the Olympics. This is a big hotel, which has recently been renovated, but it was the least memorable stay two-week Christmas in Norway trip. In general, it seemed understaffed, and the...

Very nice hotel, big and functional room. Nice service. Lot of places to rest in lobby. Taste food. Trening room, pool and games. Free parking. Very narrow to ski jump tower and city center. Open air museum.
