I had a business trip in Vienna two weeks ago staying at Arcotel Kaiserwasser Hotel. From the Vienna International Airport, take Airport shuttle bus and stop by Vienna International Centre. The bus stop of Vienna Airport Lines is directly in front of the hotel. If you take a Wiener Linien rail, go to Kaisermuhlen VIC in U1 line to get...

Located across the road from the Metro station and the Austria Center the hotel is a great destination for Center's visitors, e.g. for conferences. Rooms looking to the road a little bit noisy, but not that much. Rooms are spacious enough and the amenities are OK. Staff is good. Breakfast is nice. Places to eat are not many around, but...

Typical hotel, but the WiFi connection was awful, so for the business hotel its not the best one to choose. And be aware, they require deposit from your credit card. I personally have never met this before.

Stayed here for two nights whilst attending conference. Excellent location to access the Austria Centre as well as covert near large water area with peaceful path round it. Opposite airport bus stop and metro so transport links could not be better. Hotel is pretty standard of its type. in contrast to previous reviewers we found the staff all very helpful...

Spacious rooms, good breakfast with lots of choices, but the same every day. Near the metro station. The worst thing about this hotel is the really poor internet access. I didnt have internet in my room for many hours. It was a real struggle to connect to wifi. The last day we were told by a girl on the reception...

Could this possibly be the worst so called four star hotel in the world? From an efficient but unfriendly welcome at reception things continued to go downhill. The hotel is a 60s 70s concrete monstrosity, unfortunately the rooms still seem to be in that area with the most horrendous lurid red and purple patterned carpet. Perhaps the smallest TV ever...

Stayed for 3 nights with my wife who was attending the Vienna Centre. The Executive room was large with a good bathroom and view to the modern buildings of the Vienna Centre. The free mini bar was a great bonus and well appreciated at the end of the day.I only used my smartphone but found the WiFi excellent for my needs and...

We stayed several nights in this rather austere hotel, due its proximity the Vienna Conference Center. This is a modern, unattractive hotel that tries to overcome it's postmodern bland architecture with snippets of art and marble. Pluses: helpful, courteous staff; outstanding breakfast; cleanliness; closeness to the metro. Minuses: tacky rooms (red leather headboards and chaise lounge--really?) with little comfort or...

Very basic rooms, thin duvet, flail pillows. This would be fine for a convention hotel, except that two essentials that are absent. Firstly, the wifi is terrible and unpredictable. The further you are from the central shaft of the hotel, the worse. And secondly it is not cheap. Continental breakfast, coffee poor. Disinterested staff and tired furnishings. No comfortable chair...

On the positive, this is very close to a metro line, making easy access to all Vienna has to offer. The breakfast buffet offering was quite substantial as well. We did upgrade to the executive level, which was an additional $20 per night. This is a great deal, as the minibar and executive lounge are included. I am not suggesting...
