This hotel is awful. It took 30 minutes to find our room and it turned out that we were in the run down apartment block next door!!! Decor was terrible, it felt like we were in the 1930's - and not in a good way, finding it difficult to find the appropriate words to describe the room. To call it...

An older hotel, but still clean, neat and tidy. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and the staff were friendly - so all the big things covered. The included breakfast was fantastic. We stayed at the Kaiserpark late September 2006. The hotel had an old fashioned feel to it, but was generally clean. First of all, the hotel is located well near the station.It is just around 5 mins walk from the station and near to the must-go attraction of Schönbrunn Palace. We lived at the room 117 which is quite strangely located. The room is not on the same level of 1st floor which the lift can reach. Instead we had to...

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel clerk, Ehrhardt, who speaks nine languages was extremely helpful with maps, local places to eat, etc. The rooms are clean, large by European standards, nice full bath, beds very comfortable.
