Hard to say enough good things about this hotel. Let's start with the location--perfect in the historic center, with Stephansplatz a short walk away. Very friendly and helpful staff willing to making any needed accommodations (packed us breakfast since they knew we had a very early flight out the next day) or quick to provide great restaurant recommendations. The breakfast-complimentary...

As other reviewers have mentioned, all the personal touches really made the Beletage a special place for us to spend our time. It starts with breakfast being generous, delicious and relaxed. The staff is helpful and being able to use the common spaces over the course of the day made our time in Vienna, otherwise busy with tourist activity, really...

This is a wonderful hotel. They have a lot of very playful and fun touches. The service is great--everyone is very helpful. It is a little hard to see from the street, but the location is excellent for touring. We walked a lot of places, and the tram or metro is always available to get to further locations. The breakfast...

Cab dropped us of and we thought we were in the wrong place. Dimly light hallway in a nondescript building. Took the lift to the second floor and found a gem. Large clean modern rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Centrally located. Lots of little amenities like I pads with Vienna aps for your use. Breakfast is to die for....

We loved this hotel, stylish modern rooms, fabulous breakfasts and lots of extras. Location good for walking to attractions and for the underground? Only one complaint. Would have been nice to have better towels!

As an Austrian expat returning every so often to Vienna I am always looking forward to staying at the Beletage. The location can't be beat (unless you need car parking), the ambience is elegant, quirky but welcoming - as a hotel should be. Still not sure about the open shower / bath tubs in the rooms though - there are...

This boutique hotel has 25 rooms, is charming and clean, and is located on a quiet side street close to much of the site-seeing. St. Stephan's Cathedral and the Mozarthaus are a few steps away, for example. Our room (#18) was huge, especially compared to Vienna standards, and the bathroom was beautiful with a free-standing soaking tub and separate shower....

Actually, it wasn't a surprise. I now have such faith in trip advisor that I won't go to a toilet without checking, and the reviews were great. From the minute I booked this hotel it was a pleasure. I had lots of questions and every email was answered within hours. I must admit that Arrival is a bit disconcerting insofar...

My husband and I stayed one night in August in room 7 (there are only 25), a Residenz L. It is a somewhat larger room - very spacious with a desk and a small sofa/sitting area. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. There were a number of families which made the breakfast area somewhat chaotic. (We asked at...

For years we have been frequent visitors to Vienna and we have tried many hotels, but since we discovered the Hollmann some five years ago, this has become "our home away from home" in this beautiful city. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed and tastefully furnished. The breakfast is to die for and the service is very friendly. The location...
