Staff is helping and provided guidance for various things like where to go in city and most importantly how to get covid test done .
They provide free gargle test kit which was very important for us to enjoy city.
Breakfast is great.
Rooms are beautifully maintained..we got nice top floor room with amazing view .
Public transport and some nice restaurants are at walking distance.
Thank you to all staff.
Free tea and free coffee machine the whole day - it is a nice perk. Food/drink: you have a Sausage stand (Leo's Hotdog) 80m from the hotel, which is open until 2:30 at night and until 4 in the morning on some days. So, when you need a quick bite even at night you can quickly buy a delicious sausage. Another great food/drink location - Beaver Brewing Company, 1km from the hotel. They serve a good selection of craft beers and tasty hamburgers and side dishes, the public is both local and foreigners.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet, there is a park across the street.
A little critizism: a waiter cleared our dishes - after asking - my coffee cup was still half full on the table. He came with the disinfectant spray bottle and sprayed the whole table, then wiped it dry. - I was just able to get my cup to safety from the sprayer ...
Next time I'll bring some cables to plug my pc to the TV (it's ready for that!) and I'll try the breakfast.
My room had an enormous window facing the street and that was a very nice touch.
Breakfast was a bit pricey so we went for cheaper good options nearby.
The room was spacious and clean. The only flaw is the very little privacy in the part of the bathroom where there is a shower, perhaps another door would be needed.
I really appreciated the high attention to the environment and in fact there are no single-dose plastic bottles but liquid soap in the dispenser. Excellent breakfast, perhaps tending a little more towards the salty but really plentiful and with fresh products.
The location is not exactly central but the area is very well served: within a 10 minute walk there are two metro stops (U6 line) and the very convenient tram stop right in front.
I would go back and recommend it.
We stayed for 2 nights , 3 adults in family suit with balcony.
We had an early flight so we arrived at the hotel at around 9 am just to leave our luggage in the luggage room, we did not intend to check in at that time.
The receptionist said that our room was ready , but we have to pay for an early check in, otherwise we
will have to wait until 16:00 . We did not pay, so we just left our luggage and started wondering around Vienna.
We came back to the hotel at around 20:00 , got to the room and surprise, the bed (an extended sofa) for the 3rd adult wasn’t made . Had to go back downstairs , complain about it , after that somebody came with bed sheets to make the bed as we were waiting in the room.
We got 2 pizza for dinner late in the evening , it was awful. 1€ pizza from the market made in the microwave which costs 11€ at the hotel .
There is no mini bar in the room !
Other than that, it was a pleasant stay, as we did not spend much time in the hotel.
We received a voucher with a welcome drink for each guest.
I could say the room was clean.
Free coffee and water in the morning in the reception area.
Easy access to public transport. 2 min walk to tram station, 5 mins to metro station .
I don’t think I would return.
"Tram D can bring you von Hauptbahnhof (Ostseite!) to Steinwerderplatz and than you have only about 200 steps. Really good. Friendly staff!"Read full review
